• Build, configure, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management). • Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. • Develop and maintain robust integrations (REST/SOAP, Web Services, Mid Server) between ServiceNow and external systems. • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of modern service portals using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS. • Ensure code quality, platform performance, and adherence to ServiceNow governance and architecture best practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience working as a developer on the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on projects in the ITSM module.
- Strong JavaScript skills (essential for platform scripting), along with familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as AngularJS (for Service Portal).
- Practical experience building APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working in teams using Scrum or Kanban.
- ITSM-specific certifications (CIS-ITSM) are a strong plus.
- Knowledge of other modules (ITOM, CSM, or HRSD) is considered an advantage.
