Role Description Chamberlain College of Nursing seeks Part-Time Nursing Faculty interested in teaching with our BSN Nursing program online. You will be teaching students in the role of facilitator, role model, coach, and advisor, incorporating Chamberlain Care philosophy to educate and embolden diverse nursing professionals in a culture where students and colleagues thrive and cultivate extraordinary nursing graduates. Part-time professors lead asynchronous discussions and teach synchronous live lectures each week (scheduling AM and PM options for students) and will be available via email, online conferencing, or telephone to provide support and respond to students' inquiries in a timely manner. We are presently accepting applications in the following areas of course specialization: - NR-360: Information Systems in Healthcare The course explores foundational concepts of healthcare informatics, including: - Clinical information systems - Patient care technologies - Telehealth - Ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects - Data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality Emphasis is placed on: - The role of technology in improving healthcare delivery, quality, and outcomes - The importance of the nursing role in evidence-based practice and professional identity Responsibilities include: - Providing students with an approved Chamberlain syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus, including terminal course objectives. - Organizing, preparing, and regularly revising and updating all course materials as needed. - Using appropriate technological options for online technologies and course-related software, including websites, e-mail, and online discussions for preparing the course and making it accessible to students. - Modeling effective oral and written communications that engage the students, provide clarity, and improve student learning. - Setting clear expectations for the course by publishing course terminal objectives, assignment/examinations dates, and weight the distribution of various evaluation categories. - Ensuring that the content and level of material included on exams correspond to the course terminal objectives. - Demonstrating consistency and fairness in the preparation and grading of exams and providing timely feedback to students. - Performing other duties as assigned. - Complying with all policies and standards. • Own the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of Oura's Procure-to-Pay platform (Zip), including approval workflows, intake routing rules, PO threshold policies, vendor onboarding flows, and department-level approval matrices • Serve as the primary system owner and business relationship manager for Procurement and Accounts Payable teams across both our US (INC) and Finland (OY) entities • Lead and execute the end-to-end Zip platform optimization, partnering with Finance, Procurement, FP&A, Legal, and business stakeholders to define requirements, configure the system, drive UAT, and manage production deployments. • Design and maintain the NetSuite ↔ Zip integration, ensuring accurate 2-way and 3-way PO matching, bill routing, budget checks, and vendor data synchronization • Define and maintain AP approval matrices, bill coding policies, and non-PO invoice routing flows, ensuring compliance with audit and SOX ITGC controls for procurement and disbursements • Partner with Accounting and FP&A to establish and operationalize key financial policies including PO thresholds, prepaid amortization materiality thresholds, and accrual policies that directly impact month-end close accuracy • Document and maintain business process flows, system configuration specs, and control documentation in Confluence — supporting internal and external audit requests • Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of ongoing Zip and AP system enhancements, working within the broader Financial Systems team delivery framework • Identify and drive process automation opportunities across the Intake-to-Pay lifecycle — reducing manual steps, improving cycle times, and enabling self-service where appropriate • Collaborate with international stakeholders (OY/Finland AP team) to ensure the system supports multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and VAT compliance requirements specific to European operations • Partner with Legal, Procurement, and Finance on vendor onboarding processes, contract review routing, and vendor risk management workflows within the platform

• Manage the **full lifecycle of safety devices**, from onboarding to end-of-life • Align **device roadmaps** to the overall PSD product strategy • Coordinate firmware updates, release planning, and device health improvements • Plan and evolve vendor and platform integrations as required • Partner with engineering and vendors to ensure **device reliability, performance, and scalability** • Define **life of device processes **including renewals, replacements, trade-in/out etc. • Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of **new device partners** aligned with PSD roadmap • Assess trade-offs across cost vs performance, battery life vs capability, and connectivity and Telemetry options (cellular, BLE, Wi-Fi, satellite) • Lead evaluation and onboarding of hardware vendors, including security posture, certification/compliance readiness, scalability, and operational interoperability with Everbridge platforms. • Define requirements for **future device capabilities and form factors **based on overall PSD roadmap • Own the roadmap for vendor integrations • Partner with internal product teams to influence and align roadmap deliverables • Leverage device and use case functionality to drive cohesive, impactful features to the platform • Develop product requirements documents • Deliver and align with product team(s) acting as the SME to drive use case and user problem statement understanding • Evaluate solution design, prioritization and delivery schedule to meet overall business needs • Coordinate for release readiness to include demos, trainings and documentation • Drive integration of new devices and partners into the **Everbridge 360 platform** • Work closely with product and engineering on APIs, device telemetry ingestion, alert workflows, and device, platform or other external status (ex: battery state, signal, etc) • Ensure seamless interoperability between hardware and EB360 • Serve as the primary product interface for **device vendors**, managing relationships with hardware providers, their firmware teams, and ecosystem partners • Coordinate delivery timelines, technical alignment, and issue resolution and roadmap with response centers to evolve workflow features

Role Description We are looking to add a Business Systems Engineer (BSE) to our team. The Business Systems Engineer (BSE) administers information systems that are used in the operation of the Managed Services Department, including Support Solutions such as ConnectWise PSA, RMM solutions, KB management, and their integrations. The Business Systems Engineer is expected to be comfortable administering services that interact with and rely on Microsoft Modern Work and Azure Systems Administration for selected existing clients. Responsibilities - Perform day-to-day management of ConnectWise PSA and other service management platforms, including configuring users, service boards, and workflow rules. - Migrate and integrate systems acquired through M&A activities. - Support cross-departmental integration of PSA with CRM, ERP, and other systems. - Develop and maintain SME-level knowledge and awareness of ConnectWise PSA and other Professional Services Automation systems to support executive decision-making. - Perform day-to-day management of NinjaRMM and other remote support systems, including configuration of ticket generation for alert conditions, patch management, and software deployment. - Actively gather feedback from technical staff to develop condition-based and form-based scripts to automate remediations and improve support technician effectiveness. - Improve CA's operational effectiveness by investigating and implementing integrations for support, sales, and finance. - Collaborate with team members to drive additional integration opportunities. - Improve CA's organizational capabilities by identifying opportunities to automate support and business processes. - Develop and maintain documentation of standard business procedures and configurations. - Explore and insert AI with safeguards into business tools. - Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. Qualifications - High School diploma or GED required. - 2yr or 4yr degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications, particularly those related to Systems Administration, Automation, Database Administration, Artificial Intelligence, ITIL, PSA administration, or RMM will be given extra consideration.
