Role Description A great ISV Sales Development Representative is a relationship builder, problem solver, and self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, sales-driven environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our partner ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and recruiting independent software vendors (ISVs) to partner with our organization. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy—creating opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and helping software companies unlock modern payment acceptance solutions. As an entry-level seller, you will receive hands-on training, coaching, and exposure to industry-leading payments technology backed by the financial scale and stability of a top organization in the payments space. Key Responsibilities - Own top-of-funnel partner recruiting, with a primary focus on identifying and engaging potential ISV partners. - Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social touches, to generate interest and qualify prospects. - Research and identify software companies that can benefit from our payment acceptance tools and partnership model. - Educate prospective partners on our value proposition and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives. - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM systems. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. - Develop a strong foundational understanding of the payments and fintech ecosystem (training provided). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (entry-level candidates welcome). - Strong work ethic, coachability, and desire to build a career in sales or partnerships. - Comfortable with high-volume outbound emails and phone calls. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage time, priorities, and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications - Exposure to sales, business development, or lead generation roles (internships included). - Experience working with or selling to software companies, ISVs, or technology platforms. - Familiarity with payments, fintech, SaaS, or financial services is a plus—but not required. - CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is helpful but not mandatory. Salary Range $39,600.00 - $92,400.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. For commission eligible employees, the successful candidate is eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the terms of the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
