Sales Operations Coordinator
Red River Technology
• Support the sales organization, including the Inside Sales Manager and Account Executive team • Provide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account Managers • Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in RADAR • Build and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing, terms, and product configurations • Request pricing from internal stakeholders and vendors as needed • Track pricing approvals and ensure quotes reflect the most current and accurate information • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve pricing or data discrepancies • Review quotes for completeness and accuracy prior to delivery to customers • Maintain organized records of quotes, pricing requests, and approvals • Assist with process improvements related to quoting, pricing, and data accuracy • Support a dedicated customer account list aligned with an Account Team • Interpret information from various sources to support strategic decisions regarding product sourcing, product configurations, and basic competitive pricing analysis • Present Red River’s core capabilities via phone or e-mail communication. • Other business duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry
- 4 Year post-secondary degree (Not required)
- Inside sales experience (Not required)
- Entry level certifications in OEM training programs
- Ability to learn and understand sales procedures and protocols (RFQs, identifying end user, and communicating with the corresponding account team and internal resources.)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal, phone, email, etc.)
- A commitment to developing advanced organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well on a team
- Commitment to on-going learning and willingness to participate in training
