Role Description As an IT Epic Application Analyst, you will implement, optimize, and support our Epic EHR system, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with clinical workflows. - Analyze requirements, configure Epic modules, perform testing, provide training and support, and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with clinical staff. - Possess deep Epic module expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to healthcare technology. - Design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs. - Deliver project assignments of medium to high complexity, including application design and configuration build. - Work closely with customers to document requirements and communicate effectively with customers and peers to implement changes. - Support/maintain day-to-day existing functionality/programs/applications. - Perform intermediate system analysis and troubleshooting to implement new functionality/programs/applications. - Analyze/research vendor release notes and documentation; understand complete end-to-end system integration. - Create thorough system design and build documentation. - Analyze the functionality of the system and how it fits with operations; troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate actions. - Translate high-level business requirements to detailed technical designs/documentation. - Collaborate with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership. - Meet with department heads and executives on a routine basis to identify and prioritize their needs. • Provide technical expertise to support Canadian Solar’s energy storage solutions • Responsible for the pre-sales activities of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including system sizing, preliminary design, and value engineering • Serve as a technical champion in customer discussions and act as an expert resource • Conduct technical presentations and provide clarifications to customers and departments • Analyze RFPs and other customer documentation to determine project supply scope against schedule, specifications, risk, and technical requirements • Lead the technical sizing of BESS projects using internal models and power system tools • Prepare technical documentation for proposal submittals and coordinate the bid package preparation • Prepare, review, and negotiate technical contract exhibits owned by the Applications team • Work closely with sales, engineering, and procurement teams • Contribute to product development cycle by issuing market sensing summaries after engaging with industry stakeholders • Travel to meet with customers, maximum 20% travel expected

• Support and execute all data conversion and data mapping activities prior to go-live • Develop, test, execute, and document repeatable data migration and transformation processes • Create and maintain detailed data mapping documentation and version-controlled artifacts • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements • Understand healthcare workflows and how modules integrate across systems • Perform business data analysis to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Develop and maintain SSRS reports; support basic SSIS packages for data transformation • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshoot data-related issues • Assist in managing ETL deployments in collaboration with DevOps teams • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestone commitments • Document data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies
