Role Title: Automation & Solution Architect (GCB 4) Function: Finance System Operations Role Description: Senior technical lead for Finance EUC automation scale-up. Accountable for end-to-end technical delivery across demand intake, requirements analysis, build & test, production deployment and RTB change management. Provides consultative input during opportunity scoping, ensuring solutions are feasible and aligned to IT-governed platforms (e.g., Alteryx/ADM) and established controls/guardrails. Leads technical documentation, testing evidence aligned to agreed closure criteria, and supports controlled releases. Partners with Finance Domain BA, POD Lead and platform support to ensure stable, supportable automation. Skills / Knowledge / Experience: - Lead & Design automation for EUC (End User Computing) remediation, using AI workflow automation to reduce operational risk, improve control compliance, and accelerate remediation at scale. - Act as Solution Architect for the end-to-end remediation across Python & Alteryx / FRAME platform, aligning delivery to risk, control, and technology standards. - Knowledge of Finance process landscape & core systems - Identify and prioritize EUC remediation opportunities and translate them into an automation roadmap - Design and deliver AI-assisted remediation capabilities with prompt engineering - Build automation pipelines to streamline discovery, assessment, remediation tracking, and evidence generation. - Define human-in-the-loop operating model for AI outputs (review, approval, exception handling) to ensure accountable decision-making - Familiarity with Python, IT-managed automation platforms e.g., Alteryx - Experienced in managing end-to-end Testing lifecycle i.e., Unit Testing, SIT, UAT - Strong in Stakeholder management - Agile Scrum Master, SAFe, and Project Manager skills set are desirable

Role Description Agilious is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and drive the development of cutting-edge, scalable software applications, translating complex business requirements into robust, cloud-native technical blueprints and ensuring seamless implementation from concept to deployment. As a consultant for Agilious, you will be instrumental in defining and shaping technical strategy across a range of high-priority domains, including IT modernization, software development, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs. The Solution Architect serves as a critical bridge between customer mission outcomes and technical execution. Your primary responsibility will be to think strategically about complex customer challenges while providing the technical depth required to design architectures that are feasible, compliant, and highly competitive. What You’ll Do - Solution Design: Analyze business needs and design comprehensive, end-to-end architectural solutions (microservices, event-driven, etc.). Present solution concepts, roadmaps, staffing strategies, and architectures to customer stakeholders. - Technology Strategy: Select appropriate tech stacks, platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), languages C#, (.Net Core, Java, Python, low/no-code, etc.), and tools. - Guidance & Oversight: Provide technical leadership, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural standards. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, management, and development teams, communicating vision and progress. - Modern Practices: Champion Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native principles throughout the lifecycle. - Quality & Risk: Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, secure, and cost-effective; manage technical risks. - Prototyping & POCs: Develop proofs of concept to validate solutions. - Mission Alignment: Ensure that all designed solutions are strategically aligned with the customer's mission and agency-level goals. Qualifications - Must have at least minimum 10 years of industry experience in this role or a similar role. - Experience with Enterprise Architecture, and creating enterprise roadmaps. - Solution Architecture, particularly with software integrations, COTS integrations, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS implementations. - Experience with hybrid-cloud solution design and implementation. - Understanding of AI-based Software Delivery, and full SDLC implementation. - Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and AI based workflow technologies. - Experience with various database technologies, including NoSQL & RDBMS, and knowledge of data architectures, database design and interface designs. - Experience with API gateways and Zero-Trust Architectures and understanding of AI Gateways. - Experience with Container & Serverless technologies and implementation on AWS, Azure of GCP. - Experience with DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automatons. - Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and LLMs. - Adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers to the team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen when needed. - Proven experience supporting Federal or DoD proposals as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead. - Experience setting up teams for successful delivery by removing obstacles (or blockers to progress), and constantly helping the team to become more self-organizing. - Enterprise-level experience with large and complex IT modernization efforts, specifically including the successful delivery of IT software solutions. - Experience developing solutions and architectures for cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises environments. - Proven experience in architecting complex web/software applications. - Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and styles (microservices, serverless). - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures. - Proficiency in modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps). - Strong programming background (Java, Python, C#) and hands-on technical ability. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Nice if you have experience with Analytical Platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
