• Administração avançada e governança da org Salesforce, configurando, personalizando e mantendo a plataforma escalável de acordo com as necessidades complexas da empresa; • Realizar análises técnicas profundas e consultivas para traduzir dores operacionais e necessidades de negócio em arquiteturas de processos eficientes; • Garantir a integridade e o crescimento sustentável do Salesforce, assegurando que as novas automações (como Flows complexos) estejam alinhadas às melhores práticas globais da plataforma; • Conduzir alinhamentos técnicos e discussões de soluções de alta complexidade, buscando mapear, desenhar e encontrar as melhores abordagens sistêmicas; • Atuar como parceiro consultivo estratégico dos clientes internos, compreendendo suas necessidades de ponta a ponta e propondo melhorias de alto impacto; • Garantir a entrega de ponta a ponta e a sustentação de projetos críticos de automação, com foco prioritário no ecossistema de Bots e na integração do WhatsApp Comercial; • Desenhar proativamente melhorias contínuas nas ferramentas de atendimento e mensageria, sugerindo inovações que otimizem a conversão de leads e a retenção de clientes; • Implementar rotinas de monitoramento preventivo (Health Check) para otimizar o desempenho, a eficiência e a estabilidade de todo o ecossistema do sistema; • Prestar suporte consultivo e especializado aos usuários e times de operações diante de dúvidas complexas e incidentes técnicos de alta prioridade; • Assegurar a qualidade e a integridade dos dados no CRM, estruturando relatórios avançados e dashboards estratégicos para fornecer insights valiosos sobre as atividades de negócios; • Garantir a estabilidade contínua da org Salesforce através de correções de bugs estruturais, implantação de novos recursos e mantendo 100% dos fluxos e processos críticos documentados.
Job Requirements
- Experiência sênior em administração, governança e configuração da plataforma Salesforce em ambientes corporativos;
- Domínio de recursos declarativos avançados e limitações da plataforma, incluindo a capacidade de arquitetar Flows, regras de validação, governança de dados e estrutura de segurança e permissões de acesso;
- Habilidade de análise e postura consultiva para diagnosticar incidentes, mapear processos e traduzir requisitos de negócio em arquitetura de soluções no CRM;
- Capacidade de colaborar com equipes interfuncionais, demonstrando vivência no apoio e entendimento de diferentes fluxos e necessidades das áreas de negócios;
- Habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita para interface com lideranças e stakeholders, com rigor técnico na elaboração e manutenção de documentações de processos;
- Autonomia e proatividade para gerenciar o backlog de sustentação e evolução, priorizar demandas e garantir entregas;
- Orientação à melhoria contínua de ecossistemas digitais, com foco prático na manutenção, parametrização e evolução de Chatbots (Einstein Bots ou similares) e na integração de canais de mensageria;
- Certificações da plataforma (como Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder ou Service Cloud Consultant) serão consideradas um diferencial;
- Graduação em áreas relacionadas à Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou disciplinas similares é desejável, mas não obrigatória.

You will report to the SVP of Global Services and operate at the intersection of strategy, business development, and services delivery. This role suits someone who has built or led a professional services practice before — and who is energized by the ambiguity of a greenfield mandate rather than unsettled by it. What makes this different: You are not stepping into an existing playbook. You are writing it. The scope covers methodology design, go-to-market strategy, resourcing and capability planning, partnership models, and inorganic growth — all within a company that has the customer base, the platform, and the leadership appetite to make it work.
