Job Description

Construction Manager – Solar EPC

Keystone Clearwater Solutions

• Oversee the successful execution of community-scale solar construction projects • Lead field operations and coordinate project execution • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards • Monitor project progress and proactively address field challenges • Coordinate project activities with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits • Identify and resolve field issues • Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews • Foster accountability and teamwork across project teams • Serve as a primary field representative for customers and stakeholders • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain construction schedules • Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and resource allocation • Improve field procedures, standards, and best practices

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of construction management experience, preferably within solar, renewable energy, utility, civil, or industrial construction
  • Education may be substituted for relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing construction schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project execution practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work directly with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders in a professional and solutions-focused manner
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
  • Experience supporting community-scale solar projects (500 kW – 10 MW)
  • Knowledge of solar construction methods and renewable energy systems
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction quality programs
  • Experience with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Experience with construction reporting, forecasting, and project controls

**Summary of the Role** The Strategic Alliance Manager (SAM) works across M-Files to drive sales and business growth by developing new and expanding existing business opportunities through strategic partnerships and partner ecosystems.
