• Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. • Prospect municipal utilities, industrial clients, consulting engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in PFAS treatment and advanced water treatment projects. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Track market activity, upcoming projects, regulatory drivers, bid opportunities, and competitive dynamics. • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, prospects, engineers, utilities, contractors, and channel partners. • Serve as a primary commercial point of contact for customers within the assigned territory. • Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions. • Develop account plans and territory strategies to support revenue growth and long-term customer retention. • Promote Sentinel’s PFAS treatment solutions, including GAC services, IX services, pilot testing systems, vessels, treatment skids, and related water treatment equipment. • Coordinate with internal technical, engineering, operations, product, and business development teams to support customer needs. • Assist customers in understanding treatment options, service models, equipment configurations, and project execution considerations. • Support proposal development by providing customer intelligence, project background, commercial inputs, and territory-specific market insight. • Build strong working relationships with consulting engineers, utilities, contractors, and other project influencers. • Represent Sentinel at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, trade shows, and technical presentations. • Support early-stage project development by engaging with engineers and customers before formal bid or procurement stages. • Maintain awareness of PFAS regulations, treatment trends, and customer needs within the territory. • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals, pipeline targets, and strategic account objectives. • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity updates, contact information, and sales activity reports. • Provide regular updates on territory performance, major opportunities, competitive activity, and customer feedback. • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, margin objectives, and market development priorities.

The **Senior Manager of EPC Business Compliance** plays a critical leadership role ensuring full regulatory and contractual compliance throughout the lifecycle of our solar EPC projects. From early-stage development through commissioning, this role ensures projects meet federal, state, and local standards — with special focus on Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements, Davis-Bacon Act compliance, and clean energy incentive alignment.**** You will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Project Management, and Field Operations teams to safeguard our eligibility for government incentives and maintain our high standards of operational and labor compliance. This role is essential to supporting the growth of our community, commercial, and industrial-scale solar business and upholding our values of integrity and transparency.
- Serve as internal expert on IRA provisions including domestic content, prevailing wage, and apprenticeship mandates. - Track qualifying project costs, workforce metrics, and documentation to support tax credit eligibility and audit readiness. - Stay current on IRS and DOE guidance; update internal systems to reflect changes. - Ensure compliance with local permitting, environmental, and safety regulations. - Oversee Davis-Bacon Act compliance and certified payroll reporting for solar construction sites. - Conduct audits and implement corrective actions for internal teams and subcontractors. - Collaborate with HR, Legal, Project Admins, and Construction teams on workforce classification, certified payroll, and compliance tracking. - Lead compliance training for staff, subcontractors, and project managers. - Build workflows, reporting systems, and monthly dashboards to communicate compliance status to leadership.
