TRG Research and Development

• Lead solution-driven sales conversations, combining commercial focus with analytical depth • Own and drive the full sales cycle within your assigned territory (from opportunity creation to deal closure and expansion) • Engage with customers (law enforcement, intelligence, financial, cyber sectors) to understand investigative challenges and translate them into solutions • Deliver or co-deliver high-quality product demos and use-case storytelling, tailored to customer needs • Work closely with Pre-Sales to design POCs, demos, and investigative scenarios that resonate with stakeholders • Build and execute a territory strategy, including pipeline follow-ups, prioritization, and account management • Support the creation of proposals, commercial offers, and deal structuring • Act as a bridge between customer and internal teams, ensuring alignment across Product, R&D, and Customer Success • Be the professional go to in the region for intelligence analysis methods, intelligence collection and fusion tools, and data-analysis trends to strengthen customer conversations • Provide structured feedback to Product and R&D based on market and customer insights • Contribute to refining how TRG positions and sells its technology in your region

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI, analytics, data fusion, and intelligence-related product capabilities. • Translate complex customer, operational, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities. • Work closely with engineering to shape feasible, valuable, and scalable product solutions. • Partner with sales, pre-sales, customer-facing teams, and leadership to understand customer needs, market opportunities, and commercial priorities. • Balance long-term product vision with short-term delivery needs in a fast-changing environment. • Identify opportunities for innovation, product differentiation, automation, and better use of AI/data capabilities. • Use customer feedback, user behavior, product data, and market insights to improve product value, usability, and adoption. • Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate external products, APIs, integrations, and technologies that could enhance our product offering. • Manage stakeholder expectations, align conflicting priorities, and drive clear product decisions. • Support product adoption across different markets, customers, and use cases.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for geolocation datasets at scale • Work with analytical and relational databases (e.g. ClickHouse, PostgreSQL) - schema design, query optimisation, and integration patterns • Design and develop backend microservices with FastAPI, integrated into a broader event-driven architecture • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers in a cross-functional setup - contributing to product decisions, not just implementation • Write clean, production-grade Python with attention to code quality, testability, and maintainability • Use AI-assisted tools actively throughout your daily workflow and contribute to building AI agents and multi-agent systems that cut the time it takes our users to reach critical insights

As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the development and optimization of innovative healthcare solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and improve operational efficiency. • Own and evolve the QA strategy at scale, ensuring quality across the entire product lifecycle. • Drive change management initiatives within QA and engineering, improving processes, mindset, and execution over time. • Lead QA efforts across multiple teams, acting as a principal-level technical authority and trusted partner to Engineering, Product, and DevOps. • Elevate testing beyond functional correctness, incorporating usability, performance, security, accessibility, and scalability into quality standards. • Champion and implement AI-driven testing approaches, test intelligence, and automation enhancements. • Define and enforce quality gates, release readiness criteria, and risk-based testing strategies. • Act as the technical owner of the QA release process, ensuring predictable, stable, and transparent software releases. • Mentor and guide QA engineers and tech leads, helping them grow technically and professionally. • Promote a resilient, collaborative quality culture, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations. • Proactively identify systemic quality risks and drive long-term improvements rather than short-term fixes. • Represent QA at a strategic level in planning, retrospectives, and cross-team initiatives. • Partner closely with leadership to align QA priorities with product and business goals.

• Develop new applications and features (back-end) • Decompose challenging business problems into software engineering tasks • Optimize existing codebase for performance, reliability, and scalability • Estimate project work effort and create development roadmaps • Perform code reviews and engage in pair-programming sessions • Collaborate with product management and other functional teams to iterate and enhance our product offerings

• Build the US public-sector sales motion from scratch, including territory definition, target accounts, and initial pipeline • Drive market penetration and first wins across federal and state & local law-enforcement agencies • Lead complex, long-cycle public-sector sales processes, from first contact to deal closure • Close new business and onboard early US customers for Intellectus, TRG’s intelligence platform • Develop and refine US-specific value propositions aligned with investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement use cases • Establish and manage initial partner and agent relationships in the US market • Navigate procurement environments typical to the US public sector (direct sales, pilots, evaluations, RFPs, etc.) • Work closely with product, pre-sales, and leadership to shape the US go-to-market approach • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in federal and SLED organizations • Lay the foundation for a scalable, repeatable US sales process over time
