• We are scaling from €80M to €500M+. That doesn’t happen with administrators — it happens with doers. • You take full responsibility for our Performance Marketing: 5 teams, genuine P&L ownership, and the mandate to turn this area into a growth engine. • You don’t wait for instructions. You analyze, decide, execute — and correct course quickly. • You build and lead five high-performance teams: Meta, SEA, CRM, Marketplace and Onsite — both line and functional leadership — and you establish a culture of excellence: you challenge and develop your team through targeted coaching and clear expectations so everyone outperforms themselves. • P&L responsibility for our Other Own Brand Shops (Primum, Müllers Naturhof, petsPremium) and the marketplace business — not just budget administration, but the freedom to invest capital where it delivers maximum ROI. You manage €8M+ in ad spend and scale with clear CLV/CAC ratios to €30M+ while identifying growth levers. • You own the performance channels for our focus brands: Wolfsblut, Wildes Land and Arden Grange, and you know how to turn brands into growth cases while operating within their brand guidelines (CI). • You understand that performance marketing in 2026 is not just media buying — you help drive the creative engine: data feedback into creative, testing roadmaps for creative assets, and you know that the best media buy is worthless without the right creative. • Technical and strategic ownership for the entire Online Sales & Performance Marketing area. • You scale results, not just headcount: you identify and implement AI tools and automations to eliminate manual processes and double your teams’ speed, ensuring we stay technologically a step ahead — from bidding algorithms to AI-powered content creation. • You use our matrix organization not as an approval marathon but as a resource pool: you mobilize Brand, Tech and Product for your growth goals and act as an equal sparring partner to our Brand Directors — we win together as a team, each with a clear role.
