Role Description - Act as the first point of contact for partner operational requests, coordinating internally with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Finance. - Support onboarding and ongoing execution of partnerships. - Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports & insights. - Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. - Prepare business reviews and presentations for partners. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis. - Over time, independently manage smaller partners, driving retention and incremental growth. Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles. - Fluency in both English and Spanish. - Experience in SaaS, digital products, mobile, or telco environments (VAS) is a plus. - Analytical mindset with solid Excel / Google Sheets skills. - Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate operational or technical topics into clear business language. - Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. - Portuguese and/or French is considered a plus. Role Description ADP is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive, based in France, to specialise in our Workforce Software Suite. You will drive enterprise growth by selling a leading workforce management application within the ADP Workforce Suite, helping large organizations optimize time, attendance, scheduling, and labor compliance at scale. You will own a regional enterprise quota and lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and upper mid-market accounts.
