Job Description
Director / Senior Director of Talent Acquisition
YipitData (Alternative)
Role Description We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Director / Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our global recruiting function. Depending on experience, direct industry/company stage experience, and demonstrated leadership scope, this position may be hired at either the Director or Senior Director level. This role is an opportunity to architect the next phase of Talent Acquisition at YipitData — expanding the team's strong operational strengths into a strategic, metrics-driven, and tech-enabled hiring engine. You will lead a growing team (currently 7, with plans to expand), partner closely with senior leadership on workforce planning and executive hiring, and build a proactive internal sourcing capability. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to operate at both strategic and operational levels — designing scalable systems while staying close to execution. For candidates joining at the Senior Director level, there will be additional near-term opportunities to shape broader talent strategy, influence organizational planning, and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on talent-related decisions. This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. Qualifications - 10+ years of recruiting experience - Experience leading recruiting teams in startup and high-growth environments (3+ years in a management capacity) - Experience hiring across technical (engineering, data analyst), sales/GTM, and finance services roles, as well as supporting VP/C-level searches - Experience building and maintaining an internal sourcing function (hands-on agency experience is a plus) - Experience working with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms (strongly preferred) - Experience building, scaling, and optimizing recruiting operations, processes, and talent acquisition strategy across multiple functions Requirements - You are both strategic and hands-on — comfortable designing org structure and metrics frameworks while also diving into complex searches - You run a tight ship operationally and believe recruiting should be measurable, accountable, and continuously improving - You are a strong cross-functional partner who builds trust quickly, communicates clearly, and can navigate ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and focused on what matters most - For Senior Director candidates, additional experience leading larger recruiting organizations, owning workforce planning initiatives, scaling teams through significant growth, and influencing executive-level talent decisions is expected Benefits - Flexible work hours and flexible vacation - A generous 401K match - Parental leave - Team events - Wellness budget - Learning reimbursement - Equity in the company The annual on-target earnings for this position are anticipated to range from $210K–$230K OTE at the Director level. For exceptionally qualified candidates hired at the Senior Director level, compensation may be adjusted based on experience, scope, and internal benchmarks within a range of $240K-270K OTE. Recruitment Specialist
HireframeSpecialized assistants for B2B SaaS sales, customer success, and marketing teams
Role Description We are looking for a Recruiter who will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and role types, from sourcing through to offer stage. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in full-cycle hiring within a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiter at Hireframe, you will own the full candidate lifecycle — from sourcing to endorsement — across multiple active requisitions. You will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will collaborate closely with account managers and US-based clients to understand hiring needs and ensure strong candidate alignment through a structured evaluation process. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on quality judgment, speed, and candidate experience. You will be part of our Philippines-based recruiting team working US Pacific hours, operating in close coordination with recruiters, coaches, and operations. Duties and Responsibilities - Source and screen candidates across approximately 3 active requisitions at a time, contributing to a team goal of ~5 placements per month. - Run initial screens to assess fit — communication quality, role alignment, and client-readiness. - Conduct structured prep calls to prepare candidates for client interviews, including mock Q&A and role-specific coaching. - Write detailed endorsement notes in ClickUp for every candidate you advance — specific, evidence-based assessments, not just "strong candidate." - Partner with account managers and clients directly to align on the real profile behind each req, not just the job description. - Build and maintain candidate relationships through the placement process and beyond. - Flag quality concerns, process gaps, or sourcing misalignment early — don't wait until the client screen. - Manage your own pipeline and ClickUp cards with consistent hygiene; nothing falls through the cracks. - Track your own metrics and be accountable to team KPIs around quality, retention, and time to hire. Qualifications - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a remote staffing or agency environment. - Strong instincts for candidate quality — you can tell the difference between someone who interviews well and someone who will actually perform. - Clear, professional written and verbal communication — your endorsement notes, candidate emails, and client interactions reflect on Hireframe. - Comfortable managing multiple requisitions at a time across different timelines, client types, and role functions. - High ownership mentality — you track your own metrics, flag your own blockers, and don't wait to be asked for updates. - Experience with recruiting and team tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Meet/Zoom/Loom or similar. - Ability to deliver honest candidate assessments, including flagging red flags even when you like the person. - Growth mindset — you're always looking to improve your craft, your process, and your results. - Fully comfortable working 12am–9am PHT as a permanent schedule — this is a firm requirement, not flexible. What Success Looks Like - Quality of talent — candidates you endorse are genuinely ready and well-matched. - Retention — placements stick; you're not just filling seats. - Time to hire — you move with urgency without sacrificing quality. Industry Experience (Nice to Have) - Tech and SaaS - Media and creative - Professional services - Accounting and finance Benefits - Permanent remote work flexibility. - Paid Time Off. - Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage. - Annual performance bonuses. - Dedicated coaches offer an extra channel of support and skill-building. - Opportunities for professional growth.
