Role Description Join Dungarvin’s Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in connecting great people to meaningful work supporting our children’s programs. As a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage a high-volume requisition load, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional experience at every step of the process. You’ll support recruitment for DSP and other support roles specifically within our children’s program. From sourcing to extending offers, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to help make smart, timely, thoughtful hires that fuel our mission. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing a professional, positive candidate experience while managing multiple priorities. What You’ll Do: - Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events, referrals, and creative outreach. - Screen and evaluate talent, checking references and aligning motivators with business needs. - Build and maintain an active, searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools. - Partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights on roadblocks like compensation, skills, and sourcing tactics. - Represent Dungarvin at career fairs, networking, and community events to build awareness and attract talent. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador. Qualifications - MUST HAVE: - 1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree, or a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience. - Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies. - Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc. - Skilled in HRIS Systems Workday, SmartRecruiters, and other ATS platforms; experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom and GoToMeeting. - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for efficient communication, reporting, and documentation. - NICE-TO-HAVE: - Prior experience working within Healthcare, Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, hospitality, etc. Requirements - Process-Driven & Detail-Oriented: Manages high-volume recruitment efficiently, tracks multiple requisitions, meets deadlines, and continuously improves processes. - Remote Discipline & PT Focus: Maintains productivity in a condensed schedule, manages time blocks efficiently, and fully engages during agreed-upon hours without distraction. - Data & Technology Savvy: Uses recruiting metrics and innovative sourcing strategies to make informed decisions; quickly adapts to new platforms and tools. - Collaborative & Relationship-Focused: Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and team members; shares insights and steps in to support colleagues as needed. - Resilient & Agile: Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts to shifting priorities, and handles challenges with persistence and sound judgment. - Collaborative Communicator & Influencer: Builds trust with hiring managers and candidates, shares insights and recommendations confidently, sets clear expectations, and proactively supports colleagues to drive team and recruitment success. Benefits - Remote within Washington State or Oregon. - Compensation: $24.45 Hourly Fixed Rate. - Join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values creativity, accountability, and supporting each other to achieve high-volume recruiting success. - Part-Time Work Schedule: 20 hours/week.
