🎯 In your day-to-day you will: • Enable the creation, review and maintenance of production records in the MES system, contributing to compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. • Ensure, through robust manufacturing processes, the integrity of master data and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams so that MBRs (Master Production Records) meet business and regulatory requirements. • Conduct analysis and resolution of technical deviations associated with electronic production systems, focusing on supporting investigations related to the MES system. • Monitor performance indicators and propose or technically lead continuous improvement initiatives for the system and associated processes. • Identify technical gaps and propose training in collaboration with the Training area and management to support team development. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and users, translating complex content, supporting change management and fostering a systemic view of the production chain integrated with SAP and LIMS. • Provide technical support for the execution and maintenance of post-implementation governance processes. • Provide technical support during audits and inspections related to the MES system. • Represent the system sustainment/support area (post-implementation) with the project team, sharing operational learnings, points of attention and improvement opportunities to support the continuous evolution of solutions.
