• Provide clientele, marketing and customer service activities within the marketing department while maintaining positive community/public relations. • Maintain existing referral sources, expand referral base and develop business relationships with the assigned region. • Input into the overall company-marketing plan. • Prepare reports as required. • Assist in setting financial goals for the assigned region. • Required to interface with the programs to understand client/program/referral source needs. • Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours. • Other duties as assigned.
• Provide leadership and oversight of regional admissions operations to ensure timely, efficient, and clinically appropriate client placement throughout the continuum of care. • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and bed management activities while promoting access to care and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with facility leadership, Central Admissions, clinical teams, transportation services, and external stakeholders to improve admissions processes and client outcomes. • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for admissions operations, Medicaid Division responsibilities, bed management processes, and related workflows. • Develop, implement, and evaluate regional operational plans, quality initiatives, and performance improvement strategies. • Monitor admissions metrics, operational performance, quality indicators, and client experience data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. • Ensure the accuracy of bed management systems, admissions documentation, and operational reporting. • Support change management initiatives by training, coaching, and consulting with staff and operational leaders across multiple departments and facilities. • Oversee transportation coordination to support timely client movement and continuity of care. • Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information. • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. • Other duties as assigned.
• The Clinical Assessor II provides a range of clinical services in accordance with program requirements, applicable regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. • Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, counseling, case management, crisis intervention, referral coordination, discharge planning, group facilitation, and other assigned clinical services. • This role collaborates with clients, families, referral sources, community partners, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to support engagement, continuity of care, and positive treatment outcomes.
• Responsible for facilitating and supervision of all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program. • Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans and maintenance of notes. • Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults. • Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned. • Maintains caseload as needed. • Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility. • Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment. • Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention. • Ensures clinical programming occurs daily as scheduled. • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. • Other duties as assigned.

• Subject matter expert for all workflows as it pertains to assigned line(s) of business • Work with Training Team and/or Supervisors to establish training schedule • Assist with development of and maintenance of training material • Complete training of all new hires, and assist with ongoing training opportunities for existing teammates • Provide timely feedback to leadership regarding training successes and areas for improvement for both new hires and existing teammates • Responsible for Lead Quality Management for entire team - ensuring all leads are tended to timely, and opportunities for scheduling are resolved • Ensure Call Detail information is reviewed on a daily basis, to ensure LQM is maximized for scheduling opportunities • Responsible for all daily reporting - telephonic, call documentation, and lead - to be presented to leadership • Assist team with taking calls, up to but not limited to 50% of time • Assist with ancillary work as stipulated by supervisor • Navigate Veteran initiatives as appropriate per line of business • Assist with escalated calls.
• Orientation, training and scheduling of drivers • Receive transportation calls/inquiries • Attend meetings as required • Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department • Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers • Ability to respond to emergency situations • Ability to work alone • Other duties as assigned
• Provide clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners • Conduct mobile assessments in assigned areas • Maintain documentation in compliance with standards • Participate in on-call rotations as assigned

Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm Duties and Responsibilities: - Answer all calls through appropriate call queues - Resolve all questions from callers and/or route call to appropriate site/department - Complete all documentation in EMR and marketing systems related to calls - Complete initial prescreening and make determination of appropriateness for scheduling based on exclusionary guidelines - Schedule new and returning patients appropriately in EMR system - Complete follow-up duties necessary to resolve all outstanding issues, and complete scheduling of LOCA for new/returning patients - Complete outbound call duties – related to calls and/or assigned tasks (voicemails, faxes, web submissions, team email monitoring) - Maintain performance as related to KPIs and performance/quality review measures Qualifications - High School Diploma - 1+ Year Customer Service Experience Preferred - 1+ Year Healthcare Related Work Experience Preferred Requirements - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to retain and recall knowledge as it relates to EMR and marketing applications, as well as behavioral health - Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills – well developed listening skills, patience, and empathy - Ability to manage time and organize work flow to ensure all call situations are handled efficiently and timely - General knowledge of behavioral health overall and general needs of the public as it relates to mental health and substance use - Ability to work autonomously and at times, under high stress situations related to psychiatric crisis calls Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
