Role Description Participates in the quality assurance (QA) activities of a project which may include: - Test case, requirements and design reviews - Executing test events (test plan, test scripts, schedule management, test report, test event) - Documenting and debriefing team members on test results Develops automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements. Work closely with: - Developers - Shared services team - Product managers Drive test automation techniques and develop using Java to execute automated tests on both Web Front end and microservice architecture. Run test validations at various levels including: - DB validation - Rules validation - Logging validation - Reporting validations - UI validation Assist with Scrum Team estimation of stories and sizing of effort, including: - Representation of the test automation - Engagement with Continuous Integration (CI) required Contributes to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organizations’ Agile project lifecycle. • Ensure the Sponsor, Investigator, and study team adhere to current FDA regulations, applicable ICH/GCP guidelines, local policies and standard operating procedures. • Assist in the development and writing of clinical trial monitoring plans based on risk based monitoring. • Adhere to monitoring plans; e.g. monitoring visit type, frequency, and required critical monitoring activities by utilizing monitoring tracking forms and other monitoring related tools and templates. • Monitor clinical trial progress through a combination of data review and on site/remote monitoring visits. • Verify that trial data is consistent with patient clinical notes and other source documentation (source data verification/review). • Independently coordinate ongoing and upcoming monitoring assignments. • Meet expected timelines for completion of monitoring activities and submission of written monitoring reports. • Provide recommendations and guidance to study specific monitoring teams and assist in audit readiness and preparation. • Provides training programs for clinical research associates developed by the Quality Assurance and Research Program. • Participates in education of new team members as well as ongoing education of teams based on gaps identified through internal audits, sponsor monitoring visits, changes in regulations, departmental/corporate policies and other factors as determined by department leadership. • Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time as needed. • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data quality checks, validation rules, and exception-handling pipelines using Python • Implement and maintain data quality frameworks aligned with DAMA-DMBOK and internal governance standards • Develop and implement data quality metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to track completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and validity across reinsurance datasets • Build and maintain data quality monitoring pipelines that integrate with existing data infrastructure (e.g., data lake, data warehouse, ETL/ELT workflows) • Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptable quality thresholds and remediation workflows • Investigate root causes of data quality issues across investment data, treaty data, claims data, and exposure datasets; document findings and drive resolution • Partner with data engineering teams to integrate quality gates into CI/CD and data pipeline processes • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality rules, lineage, and remediation outcomes within the data governance catalog • Support internal and external audits by providing data quality evidence and lineage reports
