TechOp Solutions is seeking a remote Project Manager to oversee all Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) program activities to ensure contract deliverables, workflow performance, and system operations meet contractual and regulatory requirements. The PM provides day-to-day operational leadership and serves as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders. - Oversee all FOIA program operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant performance. - Manage project staffing, schedules, workload distribution, and resource planning. - Monitor performance metrics, workflow efficiency, and deliverable status; provide regular reports to the COR. - Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions with Government stakeholders. - Ensure quality control processes are implemented and maintained across all FOIA activities - Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff. - Support continuous process improvement and program execution - Performs additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing team or federal operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of FOIA or related (records management, privacy, compliance function) experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of FOIA and/or Privacy Programs
- Holds an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interface with leadership.

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to manage Brand Protection, Community Management, and Social Insights projects for a multinational automotive and an alcohol brand in North America. - Support two major moderation and engagement clients and the Social Intelligence function. - Conduct tactical day-to-day duties, issue resolution, and ensure high quality of service delivery. - Nurture client relationships while looking for efficiencies and improving established processes.
