Card Systems Implementation Specialist

• Configure and launch card products across enterprise card processing platforms, including debit, credit, prepaid, and virtual card programmes • Implement and maintain card product parameters, BIN setups, transaction controls, fee structures, and lifecycle workflows • Configure EMV chip and contactless payment profiles, including AIDs, CVM lists, CAPKs, and transaction routing logic • Design and support ISO 8583 integrations with card schemes, ATM/POS networks, acquirers, and third-party processors • Integrate payment systems with external platforms via REST and SOAP APIs, including fraud prevention, AML, loyalty, and digital banking solutions • Coordinate HSM-related activities including cryptographic key exchanges, PIN verification services, and secure key ceremonies • Support implementation and certification of 3D Secure (3DS 2.x) and digital wallet tokenisation services such as Apple Pay and Google Pay • Lead technical certification activities with Visa and Mastercard, including simulator testing, defect resolution, and compliance validation • Execute SIT, UAT, regression, and transaction flow testing across complex card payment environments • Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and configuration optimisation for live card processing systems
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with card management or card processing platforms in implementation, configuration, or technical analyst roles
- Strong practical experience with enterprise platforms such as Tieto Card Suite, BASE24, SmartVista, Way4, or TSYS Card Tech
- Solid understanding of the full card payment lifecycle, including authorisation, clearing, settlement, disputes, and chargebacks
- Practical knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and card scheme transaction processing
- Experience supporting Visa and/or Mastercard certification activities and scheme compliance processes
- Good understanding of EMV chip, contactless payments, and PCI DSS requirements within card data environments
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and technical documentation
- SQL skills and the ability to analyse transaction data, troubleshoot issues, and validate configurations

Associate Software Implementation Analyst This position is responsible for project activities ranging from client discussions to training as well as learning the technical skill-set to engage in enterprise project implementations in the future. It will include learning to configure systems via SQL scripting and software configuration. Responsibilities: - Hosts remote kick-off meetings with clients to determine client business objectives for project implementations. - Creates configuration notes documentation and reviews with more experienced Implementation personnel for any configuration abilities that do not exist in the product and accuracy prior to sending to client. - Completes setup of the client’s software, getting verification of questions answered by more experienced Implementation personnel. - Works with Analyst team to learn how to configure ongoing system requests as needed per project. - Configures interfaces to integrate with existing HR, payroll or accounting systems. - Tests interfaces to confirm integration is complete. - Works with Analyst team to tailor formal training to meet the customer’s specifications. - Provides new client training (administrator, operator, supervisor, and employee), as required, on applicable Insperity Business Performance Solution’s software. . - Documents and reviews open issues list from training with pertinent personnel and updates configuration as necessary.
