The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with stakeholder engagement experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. - Lead and manage end‑to‑end Change and Configuration Management processes. - Maintain and enhance the CMDB, including defining and mapping attributes for Configuration Items (CIs). - Oversee change control workflows, approvals, scheduling, and reporting. - Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, job aids, and process documentation. - Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review changes, gather requirements, and resolve issues. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports (preferably in Jira and/or ServiceNow). - Analyze trends and data to identify process improvement opportunities. - Document improvement plans and track execution progress. - Collaborate across teams to ensure adherence to configuration and change management standards. - Support audits, compliance reviews, and configuration accuracy initiatives. - Serve as an advocate for ITIL best practices within the organization. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree; One-and-one-half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program. - Minimum 5 years' experience in a change/configuration manager role or supporting configuration responsibilities. - Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
