Role Description As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the HR Team as a whole, primarily giving administrative support. This position will be heavily focused on talent acquisition and new team member onboarding. You will be tasked with tracking and processing team member information and providing internal customer service to our teams. Position is Monday-Friday, 8-5PM. - Renew job ads as needed - Review and edit job ads - Conduct candidate screenings - Schedule interviews - Conduct reference checks - Headhunt on LinkedIn and other job boards - Communicate and attend meetings with hiring managers to determine hiring needs Qualifications - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and workload - Proven ability to interact and communicate in a professional, positive, and constructive way - Excellent attention to detail - Able to receive and be open to feedback - Motivated to learn quickly, independently, and grow in a recruiting career - Ability to work fully remote with a suitable office space for focusing on assigned tasks - Highly organized and adept at prioritizing your workload - Great at building relationships
