• Send contracts and agreements for signature; track status and file signed copies to the correct customer record • Keep contract and agreement templates current as requirements evolve • Process vendor and ad hoc invoice payments; monitor and resolve failed payments daily • Track referral and partner payments • Confirm billing and subscription systems are updated on customer offboarding; coordinate related tickets • Manage recurring vendor/partner billing and monthly cost-allocation reporting for accurate P&L reporting • Process weekly reimbursements and coordinate company card issuance and requests • Track and incorporate HR policy updates (e.g., state law compliance, employee handbook updates) • Document SOPs and identify where AI or automation could take over manual work

• Serve as the primary operator of the GCP data environment: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Scheduler, and Cloud Storage, in close partnership with IT on security and access • Write and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines pulling from source platforms (Toggl, Rippling, Xero, Salesforce, and others) and landing data in BigQuery • Extend the pipeline portfolio to bring new data sources online and unlock reporting capabilities that do not currently exist • Automate recurring operational workflows currently running manually or locally: scheduled data quality checks, automated exports, and replacing one-off scripts with reliable GCP functions • Own the full Tableau dashboard portfolio across all internal teams: data connections, SQL, refresh schedules, QC, documentation, and bug resolution • Build net-new dashboards for audiences that don't have reliable reporting today, including executive, director, and operational views covering project financials, service line performance, and renewal visibility • Own data integrity within the analytics layer: diagnose whether issues are pipeline problems, dashboard logic problems, or source data issues, and route accordingly • Maintain naming conventions, schema documentation, and dataset organization in BigQuery • Be the first point of contact when a dashboard breaks or a pipeline fails — own resolution, not just escalation • Partner with stakeholders across Business Operations, Finance, People & Talent, Sales, and IT to translate business needs into working data solutions

• Design, build, and maintain features in a modern Rails codebase. • Own background and asynchronous workflows, including retries, idempotency, throughput, and observability. • Model, query, and optimize data storage in PostgreSQL. • Diagnose and resolve production issues in collaboration with product and support. • Improve system reliability, performance, and operational safety. • Contribute to long-term code health through refactoring, testing improvements, security practices, and thoughtful code review.

• You will own our React Native app end-to-end on iOS and Android, shipping new features and maintaining a fast, reliable production experience for our “sellers”. • You’ll work alongside our other mobile developer and the broader engineering team. • Core areas include onboarding/auth, profile management, orders, and in-app chat. • You’ll also build and maintain the backend APIs in Python + Django (DRF) that power the app, with a strong focus on performance, mobile latency, and scalability to support 1,000,000+ monthly visitors. • Ship new React Native features across iOS + Android (UI/UX, performance, reliability). • Maintain and improve the app through bug fixes, refactors, and release cycles. • Build and maintain Django (DRF) APIs that power the app (mobile latency, scale, observability).

• Build, test, and maintain features within a Laravel application using the TALL stack. • Develop user interfaces using Livewire, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and FilamentPHP. • Investigate and resolve bugs across the existing web application. • Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code. • Review feature requests, clarify requirements, and propose practical technical solutions. • Collaborate directly with the Engineering Lead and company leadership throughout the development process. • Respond to application questions and support requests when technical assistance is required. • Manage development tasks and feature tickets using Jira. • Participate in Scrum-based planning, prioritization, and regular team check-ins. • Contribute to the improvement of development processes, application performance, and overall product quality.

Documenting wins and contributing to the SDR playbook. • Meeting weekly with sales and GTM teams to close the lead-to-pipeline data gap.
