• Partner with HRBPs and cross-functional leaders to analyze, and present key trends across the end-to-end employee lifecycle (sourcing, hiring, engagement, performance, attrition). • Assist in efforts to define, socialize, and govern a standard set of people metrics, reporting templates, and definitions to ensure a single source of truth and organizational consistency across all people data reporting. • Help design, develop, and maintain reproducible and automated people analytics solutions (e.g., R Shiny dashboards) to empower the People team and leadership in building a best in class employee experience. • Continuously research, evaluate, and implement emerging analytics tools, AI techniques, and innovative data visualization strategies to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful insights to our stakeholders • Maintain security models on products built within our People Analytics platform • Actively contribute to the People Analytics strategy and roadmap development by providing high-impact insights on a quarterly basis for Quarterly Business Reviews. • Proactively propose new metrics, research areas, and innovative strategies to improve people programs and measurement.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant data analysis experience, with a proven track record of developing dashboards and communicating key insights to different levels of management and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools (Python and/or R), along with the technical ability to navigate and implement open-source tool documentation
  • Experience writing performant SQL queries on large data sets
  • Proven ability to drive complex projects from concept to delivery with guidance, using strong time-management and organizational skills, and effectively communicate the 'what, why, and what's next' of your analysis to influence diverse stakeholders
  • Experience integrating Generative AI (like Gemini) into daily analytical workflows to accelerate R/Python code development and build analytical solutions

Role Description IEM is searching for a Full Time Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist to provide data analytics and reporting support to IEM’s Disaster Response and Recovery management and other IEM staff. The Data Analyst and Reporting Specialist is responsible for transforming complex, multi‑source data into accurate, actionable insights that support operational, financial, and executive decision‑making across the organization. This role designs and maintains scalable Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions while ensuring strong data quality, governance, security, and performance within the BI environment. Working collaboratively with leadership, technical teams, and client stakeholders, the specialist gathers and interprets business requirements, streamlines data processes, and delivers high‑impact analytical tools that enhance organizational visibility and performance.
