• Independently — and with our team — investigate complex business problems using a combination of structured and unstructured datasets and analytical tools • Identify, collect, scrape, store, pre-process, manipulate, merge, model, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Develop scalable analytical workflows and automate processes that improve the efficiency, repeatability, and speed of insight delivery • Use Python and modern AI-assisted workflows to rapidly prototype analyses • Identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and strategic opportunities across healthcare and marketing datasets • Translate complex analyses into clear, story-driven insights and data visualizations tailored to all partners • Collaborate with strategists, creative, account, engagement managers, other analysts, and leadership teams • Operate with ownership, curiosity, and accountability
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, statistical modeling, data strategy, marketing analytics, healthcare analytics, consulting analytics, or related quantitative fields
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, and automation
- Database and cloud platform fluency for data management (SQL, AWS)
- Experience working with large and different datasets
- Experience building scalable analytical workflows and automating repetitive processes
- Search, social, longitudinal, geographic, digital behavior, media, web traffic, NLP datasets and relational databases
- Healthcare and pharmaceutical data is strongly preferred: claims, patient-level, referral, Salesforce notes, syndicated, promotional, market research, web visit, and email data
- Statistical modeling (Marketing mix marketing, multi-touch attribution)
- Customer Segmentation and Clustering
- Forecasting and Trend analysis

Role Description The Data Operations Analyst will join the Technology function, solving complex data problems for the Revecore Data Platform. The ideal candidate will contribute to platform and automation improvements while working closely with Data Engineering to support data ingestion, pipelines, and data operations. - Support production data operations, including troubleshooting data issues, pipeline failures, and file delivery incidents. - Drive the design and implementation of end-to-end data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability across data pipelines. - Build and maintain automated data validation and monitoring processes to proactively detect and resolve data issues. - Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes, and drive improvements to systems and processes. - Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data analysis and operational workflows. - Oversee data reconciliation across systems, ensuring high data fidelity and alignment. - Support and troubleshoot data pipeline orchestration, including components built in C# and other backend technologies. - Assist in maintaining and enhancing applications used for data movement, transformation, and delivery. - Contribute to modernization efforts by helping transition legacy data workflows and file transfers. - Support deployment and release processes, including CI/CD pipelines and environment consistency. - Build and enhance monitoring and alerting frameworks to provide visibility into pipeline health, data quality, and operational performance. - Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve high-impact data issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with Data Engineering to support data ingestion, file processing, and pipeline operations. - Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and performance of data workflows. • Aggregate and reconcile data from multiple sources into a single, authoritative view. • Collaborate directly with the CEO and client-facing teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations. • Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards that deliver consistent, clean intelligence to executives and clients across every engagement. • Own quality control on all data outputs. • Elevate the quality, consistency, and speed of client-facing work products, including decks, data summaries, and campaign status reports. • Work with the firm’s AI-powered reporting infrastructure, further enhancing data ingestion, normalization, and delivery across the project lifecycle. • Identify new opportunities for automation and champion their transformation through intelligent tooling. • Maintain data governance standards, naming conventions, and workflow documentation. • Utilize predictive analysis to surface trends and provide data-driven recommendations that allow the firm to act before problems occur.
• Support the implementation of CRS’s Responsible Data Policy and data protection practices across country programs, departments and business units. • Ensure regulatory compliance, embedding privacy principles into operations, and support the rollout of privacy management systems such as OneTrust. • Work closely with country teams, regional advisors, and global stakeholders to assess and mitigate data protection risks, and build capacity in responsible data stewardship. • Promote and support the adoption of privacy by design and default principles in project lifecycles and business processes. • Coordinate the planning, execution, and documentation of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new and existing projects, systems, and partnerships.
