Scheduling & Sales Specialist
WSAudiology
• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM) • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
Job Requirements
- 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
- Health industry experience is considered an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English would be a definite asset
- Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
- Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)
- Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently

You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury‑retail service, omni‑channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
