Role Description Sales is truly a numbers game and when you have the best data it makes a huge difference, not only in your outreach but in what matters, pipeline generation. Data is not just a nice to have for organizations, it's the lifeblood behind the entire GTM engine. In this role you will truly be aiding your peers smash quotas and have a blast while doing it. We're hiring a fully remote Sales Development Representative that loves to collaborate and build our culture of sharing what we hear on the front lines of cold calling, cold emailing and on LinkedIn to improve our product and GTM strategy. This is a high-performance, outbound-only role with one clear goal: generate qualified demos for our sales team, consistently. This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding. If this is you, come reinvent the GTM Data space with us at Wiza. What You'll Own: - Research and prioritize contacts within your assigned target account list. - Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings. - Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate CRM records of your activity and results. - Use Wiza to identify, enrich, and prioritize contacts for outbound campaigns. - Contribute to the team by sharing feedback that helps sharpen our messaging, cadences, and outbound playbooks based on what's actually working in the field. Qualifications - Based in Canada or United States. - 6+ months of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS. - Proven outbound track record with cold calling experience; comfort with high call volume is a must. - Understands the impact of bad contact data in your day-to-day role. - Familiarity with platforms in our space like Zoominfo, Clay, Apollo, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to consistently hit high daily activity targets while working independently in a remote environment. Requirements - Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, or Gong (Nice to Have). - Background in the software or technology industry (Nice to Have). - Experience working with or knowledge of prospecting and data enrichment tools like Wiza (Nice to Have). Benefits - Competitive salary. - Extended health benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision). - Unlimited vacation policy. - Remote work from anywhere in North America. - Access to our Toronto/New York City office spaces. - Training & development. - Yearly company events.
