• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional • Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments • Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards • Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills • Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM) • Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
• Visit priority customers to offer advice, guidance and deliver marketing campaigns for our independent customers • Responsibility of end-to-end customer campaign and activity • Create design briefs around the marketing needs of customers and develop tools to support customers • Maintain and update CRM system • Assist in increasing market awareness and penetration of services within the UK, for the private sales channels • Monitoring and reporting of activity • Work in accordance with company quality management system and policy
• Lead and support the execution of invitation-based and promotional hearing aid sales events across assigned territories • Deliver professional hearing consultations, needs assessments, product demonstrations, and sales presentations • Partner with the state-licensed dispenser or provider present at the event who will perform fittings and fulfill clinical requirements • Create urgency and value for patients through education on hearing loss, treatment options, and promotional offerings • Maintain compliance with all applicable state dispensing regulations and company policies • Travel extensively nationwide to support scheduled sales events, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Coordinate transportation of demonstration devices, marketing materials, and event supplies as needed • Maintain readiness to deploy to priority markets on short notice
• Provide remote IT support via phone, chat, and ticketing system, resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs • Independently handle standard tickets and collaborate with global IT teams on complex or high-priority issues • Administer Active Directory (user accounts, computers, security groups, email groups, network access) • Troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/7), Office 365, mobile device setup, hardware, peripherals, and wireless connectivity • Manage printer-related and end-user equipment issues (label, laser, inkjet, follow-me solutions) • Document processes, update knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
