Transformation Program Manager
Guidewire Software
• Serve as primary lead for change management methodology • Partner with CPO and People Leadership Team for AI integration • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects to drive workforce productivity • Manage CPO's operating rhythm, including meetings and offsites • Partner with Employee Experience team for VoE integration • Develop and promote AI/chatbot capabilities for employee self-service • Co-lead the people team brand and awareness strategy
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years in HR Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Transformation/Chief of Staff role within fast-paced, technology-driven SaaS environment
- Direct experience with C-suite leadership
- Deep curiosity for Generative AI and ability to apply data-driven insights in People/HR workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled self-service, chatbots, or knowledge management tools preferred
- Proven experience designing and running comprehensive operating rhythms across multiple functions
- Strong change management skills
