Role Description You will manage all aspects related to visual design of content. Your focus will be on: - Conceptualizing and executing compelling designs that reflect the client. - Enhancing the consumer journey and online experience for our own digital platforms. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to meet brand and business needs to deliver impactful designs. Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, design, and create visual assets for specific commercial/brand moments. - Adjust/crop assets for different digital retail spaces on the platforms. - Select and identify the best assets to land the concept and communicate the message. - Provide copy creation or recommendations to improve messages and enhance design. - Work in partnership with CDM/Biz & Authors for best-in-class implementation. - Collaborate with the CDM team to create a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. - Maintain a prioritized list of all projects, tracking status within an online tracking tool through completion, ensuring delivery timelines are met. - Communicate project status to all stakeholders regularly and track stakeholder feedback. - Collaborate confidently and successfully within a team environment, proactively solving problems and offering advice on content design challenges. - Lead, attend, and/or schedule necessary meetings related to briefs, reviews, or alignment related to the design. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of proven experience in work. - Portfolio of examples of previous designs executed will be taken into consideration. - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related fields. - Strong skills related to visual design (typography, composition, color palette combinations, orthography). - Proven experience in design tools (Adobe Suite, mainly Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva). - Outstanding team player with a positive attitude. - Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and adapting as needed. - Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines. - Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities. - Demonstrated detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward process excellence, content success, and high-quality delivery. - Strong communication skills with the ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, clarify or resolve discrepancies, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.
