Role Description We are seeking a creative Digital Motion Graphics Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms that support digital marketing, product, customer experience and user interfaces, as well as visual storytelling efforts. Role Description Sand Cherry is looking for an experienced Testing Lead and Program Manager to oversee and manage an enterprise-wide initiative. This consulting role is responsible for defining, documenting, executing, and tracking test progress for a large, highly visible program. This role requires a strong executive presence who can facilitate testing discussions, program readouts, status meetings, and collaborate with other team members and vendors. Lead and manage test strategy and drive the integration of data and systems, as well as build test cases. This role requires strong program management and executive level communication, along with deep hands-on testing execution. This role requires experience with system testing, data testing, and building executive-level reporting for senior leadership teams. Role Description The Chief of Staff is a strategy and execution partner to a senior business leader, with direct accountability for driving operating cadence, cross-functional alignment, and delivery of key initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day program management, requiring ownership of deliverables, tracking mechanisms, and executive-level communications. The role ensures that priorities are translated into actionable plans, decisions are clearly documented, and initiatives progress with discipline and accountability across teams. This is a 3-6 month contract consulting role with the potential to be temp-hire for the right candidate. This role will start as a 1099 consultant. This is a remote role and candidates may travel once a month. All qualified candidates must live and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring any visa sponsorship or transfer. Responsibilities - Strategic Planning & Operating Cadence - Drive annual and quarterly planning process, translating leadership priorities into clear initiatives, objectives, and execution plans - Build leadership agendas, meeting and operations cadence including preparation materials, notes, and follow-up actions - Coordinate and execute quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions, and offsites, including development of materials and tracking of outcomes - Maintain decision logs, action trackers, and ownership alignment to ensure follow-through across leadership priorities - Cross-Functional Execution & Program Management - Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning development, engineering, operations, and commercial teams - Build and maintain integrated initiative trackers (milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, owners) - Proactively identify bottlenecks and drive resolution plans with accountable owners and timelines - Performance Management, Reporting & Analytics - Partner with functional leaders to define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking tools - Produce weekly and monthly executive updates, business reviews, and leadership/board-ready materials - Conduct targeted analysis (portfolio prioritization, resource planning, scenario modeling) and translate findings into clear recommendations and decision frameworks - Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communications - Serve as a central liaison across teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables - Coordinate cross-functional communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timely escalation of issues - Represent senior leadership in meetings as needed, capturing outcomes and clear execution of next steps - Develop executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders - Governance, Risk & Decision Support - Maintain decision logs, risk/issue registers, and action trackers with clear ownership and due dates - Ensure materials are complete, accurate, and decision-ready for leadership review - Organization Enablement & Operational Improvement - Support organizational scaling through operating model clarity, role definition, and onboarding coordination - Drive process improvement initiatives, including standardization of reporting, meeting governance, and documentation practices Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 8+ years of experience in energy, infrastructure, corporate strategy, consulting, or program management - Experience supporting senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment - Strong understanding of energy, power, or infrastructure business models and lifecycle (development through operations) - Proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-threaded initiatives - Strong program management capability, including building trackers, dashboards, and structured reporting outputs - Strategic and analytical ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and executive-ready materials - Financial and commercial acumen to support business cases, prioritization, and trade-off decisions - Exceptional communication skills, including drafting executive communications and facilitating senior-level discussions Benefits - Our team is unique — we are passionate about what we do. - Consultants know they are impacting and shaping our clients’ industries. - We recognize our employees for their contributions. - Our culture is one of the most friendly and communicative in the consulting industry. - Opportunity to be part of a digital workforce. - Team members manage their own workloads and are expected to deliver exceptional work for our clients. - Professional career growth is one of our main priorities.

Role Description We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support training initiatives related to new tool implementations. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to design practical, engaging learning solutions that enable successful adoption and effective use of tools and systems. The ideal candidate brings both instructional design and developer experience with excellent client engagement and communication skills, and ability to translate processes into clear, usable training assets. This position requires qualified candidates to live in the continental US. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer or C2C candidates. Responsibilities - Design and develop end‑to‑end training solutions to support tool and system implementations - Write clear, concise step‑by‑step instructions, user guides, and standard operating procedures - Create job aids, quick‑reference guides, posters, and visual aids to support performance in the flow of work - Design and develop training materials such as presentations, eLearning modules, workshops, and facilitator guides - Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to assess training needs and define learning objectives - Apply instructional design best practices to ensure materials are effective, user‑centered, and aligned to business outcomes - Incorporate visual design principles to produce polished, professional, and easy‑to‑use deliverables - Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality and consistency - Gather feedback and continuously improve training content based on learner and stakeholder input Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 3+ years of experience in instructional design and content development for corporate or technical training - Strong experience writing technical documentation, instructions, and user‑focused training materials - Demonstrated ability to design effective job aids, visual materials, and learning assets - Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies - Experience using common instructional design and development tools (e.g., authoring tools, slide design software, documentation platforms) - Excellent client engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non‑technical audiences - Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality standards - Experience supporting tool, system, or technology implementations - Familiarity with Agile or project‑based work environments - Basic graphic design or visual communication experience - Experience training diverse audiences with varying levels of technical proficiency Compensation Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $65,000 - $80,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
