• Support the execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives • Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to inform change approaches • Partner with project teams to identify risks and resistance points, and recommend mitigation strategies • Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training materials • Track and report on change adoption, progress against milestones, and overall effectiveness of change activities • Deliver communications and training to impacted audiences to support adoption and engagement • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Apply and build knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices • Contribute to special projects and broader change initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, communications, HR, or related field
- Foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability

The VAPA Associate will research and identify emerging practices in performing arts to create and develop curriculum that supports high quality program implementation. The VAPA Associate will serve as part of the Learning & Development Team and collaborate to develop trainings on dance-focused topics, including folklorico, modern, cheer, color guard, and hip-hop. The VAPA Associate will collaborate with performing arts leaders to develop and design training and curriculum for new and exciting VAPA Club Leaders. The VAPA Associate will deliver training in-person or remotely. The Visual Arts and Performing Arts Associate is a hybrid position, including working work in-person, at the Woodcraft Rangers main office, school sites, and remotely.
