Graphic Designer

• We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support brand visuals, digital assets, and, most importantly, physical product packaging and design. • The ability to work independently on package design is mandatory. • This is a hands-on role working directly with a founder-led brand in the outdoor and endurance vertical markets. • Proficiency in packaging design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. • Ability to create and modify accurate packaging dielines for cartons, pouches, labels, sleeves, and corrugated packaging. • Strong understanding of print production processes, including flexographic, offset, digital, and gravure printing. • Knowledge of packaging material specifications such as paperboard, films, laminates, foils, and corrugated substrates. • Experience preparing press-ready production files, including bleeds, trapping, overprints, spot colors, and prepress checks. • Understanding of color management systems, including CMYK, Pantone matching, and print color consistency across vendors. • Ability to collaborate with packaging engineers, manufacturers, printers, and marketing teams to ensure functional and manufacturable designs. • Strong typography, layout, and brand identity skills for creating packaging that stands out at retail while maintaining compliance. • Familiarity with FDA/USDA labeling requirements, barcode placement, nutritional panels, and regulatory packaging standards. • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage version control, artwork revisions, SKU variations, and packaging specification documents. • Experience with food or supplement packaging is desirable. • Strong visual design sense and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without supervision.
