AD, Program Management, Medicaid Operations PMO

• Manage and develop a team of senior level project managers, business system analysts, and product owners. • Manage the project portfolio and coordinate projects, ensuring understanding of Humana's strategic goals. • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate IT budget management and drive IT prioritization consistent with business needs. • Support Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring proper intake and prioritization of work in Azure DevOps (ADO). • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with business representatives to ensure effective testing coverage. • Coordinate closely with Department of Health Services (DHS) and attend all required meetings. • Drive operationalization of the annual strategic plan in coordination with Market Development and Engagement leadership, maintaining a two-way communication process for reviewing and prioritizing new initiatives. • Maintain a two-year roadmap for projects to support long-term planning and transparency. • Ensure compliance with Humana's governance standards and project management best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience, including PMO leadership, integration, and cross-functional oversight, ideally in healthcare or a related industry.
  • 3+ years people management with direct reports
  • Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of budgeting, strategic planning, and project management platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with regulatory communications.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work EST work hours
