• Drive efficiency and quality in the payment and recovery of compensation to Strategic Partners. • Design, implement, and evaluate end-to-end Partner compensation processes and systems. • Ensure accurate and timely payments and recoveries. • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and reporting requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams and Strategic Partners to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes. • Validate accuracy of RRSP compensation for timely payments. • Maintain financial and inventory reporting transparency to RRSPs. • Address disputes related to compensation while ensuring fairness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Services & Project Management.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with GE operating systems such as Cost Automation, SAP and AMPs is preferred.

Role Description Acentra Health is looking for a Operations, SVP to join our growing team. The Senior Vice President (SVP), Operations of state Assessment programs, will serve as a key executive leader supporting a large contract in New York. This role is accountable for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of the program, with responsibility spanning service delivery, operational excellence, client partnership, compliance, performance outcomes, and overall contract execution. The SVP ensures that operational performance consistently meets contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, quality standards, and financial targets while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the leader, you will champion operational innovation through automation, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology-enabled service delivery models that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and stakeholder experience. The role requires a sophisticated understanding of healthcare operations, the role of independent assessment within public sector programs, technology-enabled service delivery, policy and regulatory environments, financial management, and large-scale organizational leadership.
