• Map 3–4 high-volume manual operational processes and build end-to-end automated workflows using N8N and other AI capabilities (e.g. Gemini) to handle unstructured data. • Develop rollout strategies to transition teams smoothly to automated workflows, including designing 'Parallel Run' testing phases, creating training materials, and establishing user feedback loops. • Operate as a core member of the team, fully embedded in standard team rhythms including regular connects, sprint planning, and team retrospectives. • Conduct internal surveys across operational pods to build and prioritize a comprehensive backlog of future AI automation opportunities. • Actively contribute to and present your shipped automation prototypes during regular team demo days
Job Requirements
- Strong logical reasoning, workflow mapping skills, and a keen interest in leveraging low-code platforms (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make) and GenAI to enhance operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to operate within a structured, agile product/operations team framework.
- Outstanding listening skills with the ability to build rapport with internal users, translate their pain points into technical solutions, and support them through operational changes.
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Information Systems, Business/Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a tech-adjacent business program, though we welcome applicants from all fields of study who possess a strong analytical mindset

Role Description Acentra Health is looking for a Operations, SVP to join our growing team. The Senior Vice President (SVP), Operations of state Assessment programs, will serve as a key executive leader supporting a large contract in New York. This role is accountable for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of the program, with responsibility spanning service delivery, operational excellence, client partnership, compliance, performance outcomes, and overall contract execution. The SVP ensures that operational performance consistently meets contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, quality standards, and financial targets while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the leader, you will champion operational innovation through automation, analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and technology-enabled service delivery models that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and stakeholder experience. The role requires a sophisticated understanding of healthcare operations, the role of independent assessment within public sector programs, technology-enabled service delivery, policy and regulatory environments, financial management, and large-scale organizational leadership.
