Employee Experience Intern
Center for Science in the Public Interest - CSPI
• Provide analytical assistance to support our work reviewing staff survey data from previous years, leading into the 2026 survey. • Help develop strategies for actionizing survey results and tracking task progression over time. • Assist the team in developing well-written, informative content for the monthly DEI Digest, internal survey communications, and other necessary materials. • Monitor, track, and present trends in the available data throughout your tenure in the role.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a political science, communications, or other related undergraduate degree program
- Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to read, analyze, interpret, and summarize qualitative and quantitative survey data
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks appropriately to achieve project goals
- Interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Leadership, organizing, or community engagement experience is a plus

Must be available during core East Coast business hours (EST/EDT) for real-time collaboration with our global Talent Acquisition team. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar) Experience utilizing generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) or other technology to streamline administrative tasks and communications Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additionally, these are the preferred qualifications that would indicate a particularly strong candidate: Experience in a high-growth company and fast-paced environment Experience using Greenhouse, Prelude, Goodtime, or other interview scheduling software Demonstrated curiosity about process improvement and automation Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when handling scheduling conflicts or unexpected challenges This is a 3-month contract position facilitated through a third-party Employer of Record (EOR) vendor.
