• Manage a broad portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial customers using a scalable, one-to-many engagement model • Deliver value through digital touchpoints, including webinars, email campaigns, in-app messaging, and group sessions • Monitor and act on customer health signals (usage, engagement, sentiment) to proactively mitigate risk and drive adoption • Execute playbooks and workflows to support onboarding, product adoption, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities • Support customers in achieving their goals through structured success journeys and best practice guidance • Identify and escalate at-risk accounts or high-impact opportunities for Sales or higher-touch CS coverage • Maintain accurate data in the customer success platform (e.g., Planhat), including engagement, risks, and lifecycle stage • Contribute to the development and optimization of scaled CS programs, content, and automation workflows • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing to improve the customer experience
• Own the keyword and content opportunity landscape across all three brands • Plan content production using AI-assisted tools – from generating and refining content to getting it published • Review and optimize existing content: what to refresh, consolidate, or retire • Work with Product Marketing to position product and solution pages for search • Collaborate with Design and the web team on page structure and UX decisions that affect visibility • Coordinate with Field Marketing teams to align local content strategies with the broader plan • Manage internal linking across all sites • Track performance and turn the data into clear next steps • Help shape the team's SEO and GEO content strategy as AI-driven search evolves • Build relationships across the organization to get recommendations moving
• Develop, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, while supporting paid search activations where necessary to drive performance and achieve business objectives. • Support the planning and execution of paid media strategies aligned with demand generation, engagement and growth goals. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including content, creative and marketing stakeholders, to ensure paid media activities support broader campaign objectives. • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved results. • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate audience targeting, creative messaging, bidding strategies and channel effectiveness. • Drive continuous improvement through conversion rate optimisation, attribution analysis and performance measurement best practices. • Identify and implement optimisation opportunities to maximise campaign effectiveness, return on investment and overall marketing impact. • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including plans, test results, performance insights and key learnings. • Ensure all paid media activities comply with internal processes, policies and quality standards. • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform developments and industry best practices, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team. • Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as required to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop integrated demand programs, mapping audience-centric themes and content to target audiences throughout the buying cycle to achieve pipeline creation and revenue goals for specific customer segments • Work closely with our EMEA sales team and forge strong communication and processes between teams. • Execute regional field marketing campaigns including trade shows, owned events, email campaigns, direct marketing, webinars, and other lead generation activities • Continuously measure, manage and appropriately adjust campaign effectiveness: lead generation performance; lead conversion ratios; sales cycle conversions • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy collaboratively with other parts of the marketing org • Develop and execute a strategy that optimizes marketing conversion paths and drives key business metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, and revenue created through leads. • Expand and adapt that strategy based on learnings and analysis of sales and marketing data—both internally collected and available industry standards.
