Benefits Specialist
Cision France
• Manage the enrolment, renewal, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other benefits. • Process and reconcile benefits invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, providing clear and concise information. • Maintain benefits records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. • Support the annual benefits open enrollment process, including communications, system updates, and employee assistance. • Provide guidance on Cision’s benefits programs and assist with resolving employee questions and issues. • Communicate with employees regarding leave needs, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and any required documentation to qualify for and take leave. • Maintain appropriate communication with employees on leave to support a smooth and timely return to work; relay communication between employees and managers as needed. • Maintain complete and accurate records of leave and accommodation requests in accordance with legal requirements and best practices. • Manage and reconcile leave payments in collaboration with Payroll. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits programs. • Assist in preparing and filing required regulatory reports and documentation. • Stay up to date on benefits legislation and recommend necessary adjustments to programs. • Analyse benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with the Benefits Leader to develop metrics and KPIs. • Liaise with benefits vendors and brokers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service. • Assist in the evaluation and selection of benefits providers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with a customer service mindset, excellent attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
