Role Description We are looking for a sharp, commercially-driven operator to take the Amazon channel to the next level, building and managing a high-performing team, owning the P&L, and ensuring that every product we bring to market lands on Amazon with the strategy, structure, and launch execution it deserves. Own Amazon CM3 across all active global marketplaces. - Set the long-term vision for how Scriveiner competes on Amazon. - Measure what needs to be measured, report to the CEO on all key metrics. - Amazon Account Management - Own the day-to-day management of the Scriveiner Amazon account. - Monitor account health and resolve listing issues promptly. - Liaise with the Inventory Management team to ensure accurate stock levels. - Maintain and improve product listings to maximise conversion. - Monitor and protect Buy Box performance. - Track and report on key Amazon metrics weekly. - PPC - Take full ownership of all Amazon PPC campaigns. - Manage TACoS performance in line with the company’s expectations. - Conduct regular search term analysis and competitor monitoring. - Work with the business on internal PPC tooling currently in development. - New Product Launches - Own the Amazon launch strategy for all new products. - Contribute to pricing strategy. - Partner with product, inventory, and marketing teams to align strategies. - Team Leadership - Manage an Amazon Listing Specialist and oversee the hiring of a PPC specialist. - Define KPIs for individual and team performance. - Build the case for additional resources as the channel grows. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with multiple teams to maximise success on Amazon. - Partner with inventory management on stock levels and replenishment. - Work closely with the CEO on strategic decisions and channel investment. What Success Looks Like - The Amazon P&L grows significantly year on year. - New product launches are set up for strong initial ranking. - Listings are kept fully optimised with high-quality content. - Account health is clean, with listing issues resolved quickly. - TACoS is managed in accordance with our strategy. - Reliable, accurate Amazon data is recorded and managed. - The team is well-led, well-directed, and growing in capability. Qualifications - Proven experience managing and growing a multi-marketplace Seller Central account. - Deep PPC understanding and ability to manage TACoS under pressure. - Experience leading or managing at least one direct report. - Strong commercial judgement for making confident decisions. - A clear, credible communicator who can translate data into insight. - Solid understanding of Amazon brand management and Buy Box mechanics. - Ambitious, high energy, curious, and with a great attitude. Role Description We're hiring a Director of Channel Sales to lead the operational backbone of our North American ecosystem partner business. You'll manage a team of experienced Partner Account Managers (PAMs) who own the majority of Celigo's partner-sourced revenue. This is a player-coach leadership role with two equally important dimensions: - Sales leadership: weekly forecast and pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly attainment planning, deal coaching, and escalation management across the NA ecosystem book. - Team development: 1:1s with each PAM, ramp plans for new hires, performance management, career pathing, and evaluating opportunities to promote an internal team lead within run rate as the team scales. - External presence: senior Celigo face to our top ecosystem partners — including ownership transition (over time, and in partnership with the VP) of relationships with our highest-contribution NetSuite partners. - Number ownership: accountable, alongside the VP, for partner-sourced revenue, forecast accuracy, and growth across the NA ecosystem portfolio. - Cross-functional partnership: working with direct sales leadership, partner marketing, partner operations, and product to unblock partner motions and resolve escalations. - Program execution: translating channel strategy (partner program changes, AI tooling rollouts, GTM shifts) into team execution, and bringing field signal back to channel leadership.
