Resources Legacy Fund

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising
- Broad knowledge of fundraising approaches for multiple donor audiences
- Experience in supporting a president, executive leadership team, and program staff
- Experience designing fundraising operations, systems, and teams
- Experience leveraging modern data management practices and technology
- Previous experience in climate and environmental organizations
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, ethics, compliance, and best practices
- Exceptional composition, editing, and spoken communication skills

Role Description The Associate Director, Retail Media owns strategy and client leadership across the full retail media landscape, with a long-term focus on platforms outside of Amazon: Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, DoorDash Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, Gulp Media, and emerging networks. In the near term, as the department scales, this role will also carry meaningful Amazon Ads and DSP responsibility. Candidates must be genuinely versed in a variety of retail media platforms, including Amazon Advertising. You will be hands-on-keys. But strategy and client communication are the primary criteria for success. Administrative and operational tasks are supported by shared agency resources. Responsibilities - Strategy & Client Leadership - Own retail media strategy across the platform portfolio for clients, developing full-funnel plans tied to each client's business objectives, category dynamics, and margin profile. - Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for retail media activity, leading calls, QBRs, and strategy presentations with confidence. - Partner with the Head of Retail Media on how retail media activity integrates with Amazon and overarching brand strategy. - Translate platform performance into clear business recommendations.
