Admirals

• attending and actively participating in Board meetings; • providing independent judgement and constructive challenge on the Company’s strategy, governance, business model and risk appetite; • reviewing and challenging management reports, compliance reports, AML/CFT reports, audit findings, risk assessments and regulatory updates; • supporting the Board in ensuring compliance with applicable Seychelles financial services legislation, AML/CFT requirements, FSA codes, guidelines, directives and licence conditions; • overseeing key risk areas, including client onboarding, client classification, complaints handling, outsourcing, conflicts of interest, safeguarding of client assets and business conduct; • supporting Board oversight of the Company’s approved securities dealing activities, including stocks, ETFs and contracts for difference; • ensuring that Board decisions are properly considered, documented and followed up; • disclosing any actual or potential conflicts of interest and acting independently in the best interests of the Company

• Take ownership of iOS/Android apps: architecture, quality, stability, and release process. • Establish engineering discipline, technical debt management. • Define and evolve a hybrid/WebView strategy: maximize web reuse where it makes sense, keep native where required (camera/files/push/biometrics/deep links, etc.). • Act as a tech lead for a small in-house team (2–4 engineers): planning, mentoring, and technical decision-making.
