• Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, acting as the first point of contact for all inquiries. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to our software. This includes investigating potential bugs, guiding users through complex workflows, and answering configuration questions. • Own and manage a personal queue of support tickets in our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), ensuring timely, accurate resolution and clear communication. • Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions clearly and concisely. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software's features, functions, and best practices. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior specialists, Team Lead, or your Supervisor as needed. • Help build our internal and external customer-facing knowledge base by writing and updating help articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using **MuleSoft Anypoint Platform**, including APIs, connectors, and integration flows. - Build scalable and reusable integration solutions between **Salesforce** and external systems using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architecture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure API security, versioning, and documentation align with industry best practices. - Troubleshoot and optimize MuleSoft applications and APIs for performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives. - Support unit, system, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for integrations and APIs. - Collaborate with Salesforce teams to align integration architecture with Salesforce modules and data models.

• Define the vision and roadmap for Hapi’s connectivity offerings, including PMS integrations, • Partner closely with engineering to translate market needs into scalable, well-documented integration products. • Serve as the internal and external authority on connectivity architecture, data standards, and partner technical requirements. • Champion quality, reliability, and developer experience across all integration touchpoints. • Establish the processes, tooling, and operating rhythm needed to scale the product offering. • Foster a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and customer obsession. • Define and track KPIs that give clear visibility into health and growth of the connectivity business. • Develop and manage strategic relationships with PMS vendors, CRS, guest experience platforms, and other ecosystem partners. • Identify and prioritize new integration opportunities based on market demand and strategic value. • Represent Hapi in industry forums, partner conversations, and customer engagements as the connectivity subject matter expert.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce solutions and middleware integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Apigee) using Java, Selenide, JUnit/TestNG, and related tools. • Validate data flows and integration points between systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and authentication protocols. • Design and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end tests for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows. • Conduct API testing using Postman and support test coverage for integration-heavy applications. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA team members to define test cases, acceptance criteria, and coverage for user stories. • Track and manage test execution and defects using tools like TestRail, Allure TestOps, or Zephyr. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation strategy, test design, and QA best practices in an Agile environment. • Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability and compliance with security and quality standards.
