• Design high-impact visual assets across all marketing channels, including website graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads • Create engaging visuals and light video edits for LinkedIn and other social platforms (short-form video, animations, branded clips) • Develop compelling lead magnets such as eBooks, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations • Produce event-related assets, including booth signage, banners, sales collateral, and promotional materials • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to translate messaging into strong visual storytelling • Ensure all creative work aligns with and evolves Hapi’s existing brand guidelines • Help scale and systematize design output to support ongoing campaign and pipeline growth
• Lead all technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution scoping across active deals • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients — from first demo through contract signature • Identify and neutralize technical objections early, shortening sales cycles and increasing win rates • Translate client requirements into clear solution architectures using Hapi's Integration Platform, Data Platform, Rules Engine, and Automations as a starting point • Produce solution diagrams, integration flow documentation, and technical proposals tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Align proposed solutions with the product roadmap in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams • Develop compelling, client-specific demos that bring Hapi's capabilities to life — especially for products without a traditional UI/UX • Build lightweight POC integrations when required to validate technical feasibility or accelerate buyer confidence • Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable demo assets and technical artifacts • Help buyers articulate and quantify the value of Hapi's platform to their internal stakeholders — IT leadership, finance, operations • Produce business case frameworks, ROI models, and executive-ready summaries that support the buyer's internal approval process • Respond to RFPs and RFIs with technically rigorous, commercially compelling responses • Develop and maintain structured scoping templates (SPERT and similar) to produce accurate, consistent pre-sales effort estimates • Prepare comprehensive pre-sales documentation that enables seamless handoff to the post-sales implementation team • Collaborate with Engineering

Product Owner, Data Platform and Data Products

• Own and maintain the data platform product backlog, ensuring it is well-prioritized, visible, and aligned with both technical and business objectives. • Co-author epics, features, and user stories with Data Engineers, including clear acceptance criteria, data contracts, and technical specifications. • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with the Data Engineering team lead. • Actively triage incoming requests from Product Management, Data Analysts, Solutions Architecture, and Implementation/Support, translating them into actionable backlog items. • Remove blockers and escalate risks or delivery challenges proactively to the Head of Engineering. • Define and prioritize requirements for AWS-native data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data lake architecture, in close collaboration with Data Engineers. • Own the data catalog and governance backlog, ensuring data assets are documented, discoverable, and reliable for downstream consumers. • Drive requirements for data quality frameworks, monitoring, and SLA definitions across platform pipelines. • Partner with Application Engineering to ensure data products and APIs are integrated effectively into customer-facing and internal systems. • Translate business and analytical requirements from Data Analysts and Product Managers into clearly defined data product specifications, including datasets, APIs, and dashboard-ready outputs. • Define success metrics for data products and monitor adoption, quality, and performance post-launch. • Ensure data products meet the latency, reliability, and scalability requirements of a high-volume SaaS environment. • Collaborate with the Product Management team and Solutions Architecture to maintain a coherent data platform roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform health. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Implementation and Support teams on data-related questions, bugs, and feature requests. • Provide regular, transparent updates on platform progress, risks, and upcoming milestones to Engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. • Gather feedback from internal and external data consumers to inform continuous platform improvement.

• Develop applications on the Salesforce platform, including PDO app development for AppExchange and custom solutions for customer organizations. • Apply AI tools to improve development efficiency and solution effectiveness in the coding process. • Maintain high-quality code through unit testing, code coverage best practices, and collaboration with QA Engineers to address bugs efficiently. • Work closely with Product Owners and customer stakeholders to clarify user stories, align with business objectives, and deliver optimal solutions. • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and contribute to effective, tailored solutions. • Be flexible with customer time zones and open to occasional travel for client collaboration. • Provide best practices and technical insights to help customers make informed implementation decisions.
