Job Description

People Operations Specialist, Systems & Analytics

GAN

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for our HRIS systems, including HiBob • Manage system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows across the employee lifecycle • Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics • Conduct regular data audits and system clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms • Audit onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to identify and resolve discrepancies • Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and leadership needs • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications • Maintain the job description catalog within HiBob to ensure accuracy across roles and locations • Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning activities • Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and system enhancements

Job Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on HRIS administration experience
  • Experience with HiBob or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
  • Collaborative, customer-service-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR
  • Nice to have: Experience with both HiBob and Paycom
  • Nice to have: Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries
  • Nice to have: Experience with HR system implementations or upgrades
  • Nice to have: Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience

Role Description The Global Injury & Claim Coordinator leads, coordinates, and advances Baxter’s global workers’ compensation and injury management programs across the United States and international jurisdictions. This role provides expert clinical leadership for complex and high-risk cases while establishing global standards, governance, and partnerships that ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality injury management and return to work outcomes worldwide. The Global Injury & Claim Coordinator works closely with Baxter Human Resources, Legal, Health and Safety, Operations, and external partners to support employee recovery, optimize return to work outcomes, and minimize Baxter’s total cost of injury or illness. Using global claims and medical data, the role identifies trends, systemic risks, and prevention opportunities and translates insights into actionable strategies that support hazard reduction and enterprise risk management. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Global Injury & Claim Coordinator provides guidance during high-risk or high visibility claim situations and plays a critical role in shaping Baxter’s global approach to injury management, early intervention, and return to work programs. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing, Workers Compensation case management, or clinical injury management. - Registered Nurse (RN) – US Compact, active and unrestricted license required. - Ability to obtain RN license for IL, NY, CA, MN within 6 months of employment. - Occupational Health Nursing certification preferred (COHN, COHN-S). - Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred. - Demonstrated expertise in complex workers compensation claim management across multiple jurisdictions. - Experience collaborating with TPAs, insurers, medical providers, and legal partners. - Strong ability to interpret claims, medical, and absence data. - Experience supporting self-insured or large multinational employers. - Familiarity with international workers compensation, injury management, or disability frameworks beyond the US. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint). - Open to remote work due to compact license requirement.
