• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for our HRIS systems, including HiBob • Manage system configurations, automations, integrations, and workflows across the employee lifecycle • Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, workforce planning, and people analytics • Conduct regular data audits and system clean-ups to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms • Audit onboarding data between HiBob and Paycom to identify and resolve discrepancies • Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and leadership needs • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, and user communications • Maintain the job description catalog within HiBob to ensure accuracy across roles and locations • Support compensation benchmarking and annual compensation planning activities • Serve as the first point of contact for HR systems support, troubleshooting, and reporting inquiries • Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support integrations and system enhancements
VIP Manager

• Own and manage the VIP player segment, with a focus on retention, engagement, and revenue stability • Build and maintain direct relationships with VIP players through email, chat, and CRM channels (SMS/push), with potential phone outreach over time • Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns tailored to VIP segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage • Monitor player activity daily and proactively intervene to prevent churn or declines in engagement • Design and manage personalized offers, including bonuses, free chips, and comps, with full ownership of allocation decisions • Identify opportunities to increase player value through upsell, cross-sell, and engagement strategies • Reactivate dormant or lapsed VIP players through targeted outreach and incentives • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to enhance the VIP experience • Track and report on key VIP metrics, including retention, revenue, and player progression
Data Analyst

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present the findings as dashboards or reports. • Lead analytics and reporting projects and coordinate resources across teams, if needed. • Carry out ad-hoc analyses based on internal or clients’ requests. • Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven insights and advise the business on possible analysis projects. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications of BI solutions. • Analyze performance of queries, reports and dashboards and correct deficiencies or technical debt based on consultation with relevant departments. • Write and maintain data transformation and metrics/KPIs related documentation. • Document analytical problems and resolutions for future reference. • Work alongside teams within the Marketing or the Product team to establish their analytical needs and requirements. • Cooperate with data engineers to implement new data warehouse features if required data has not been found or is not in optimized format for analysts. • Act as a member of an agile BI team supporting team members and collaborating with a "can do attitude" to ensure product and team success. • Provide on-the-job training to team staff members. • Assist and consult personnel of other departments. • Other work assignments given by the B2B, BI Analytics Manager or Management.
