• Own and improve People Operations processes across recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding • Manage and optimize HRIS, ATS, and related People systems • Partner with recruiting teams to streamline hiring operations and candidate workflows • Build scalable reporting and dashboards for recruiting and people metrics • Drive process automation and operational efficiency across People functions • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and accurate employee records management • Support compensation, benefits, and headcount planning operations • Create documentation, workflows, and SOPs for People processes • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders • Evaluate and implement new People tools and systems as the company scales • Improve employee and candidate experience through operational excellence and thoughtful systems design • Design, implement, and manage scalable people programs and operational initiatives across the employee lifecycle • Build and lead a high-performing People Operations team over time

Role Description Develop, update, and maintain 2D and 3D drawings and models using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, and Revit. - Support multi-disciplinary layouts, including: - Equipment and general arrangement plans - Civil drawing support - Maintenance of CAD standards across projects - Ensure high accuracy and quality of drawings and models, with strict adherence to project and company standards - Support BIM and digital delivery workflows, including: - Model cleanup, coordination, and standardization - Assist with automation and efficiency improvements using basic scripting and tools such as Python, PowerShell, AutoLISP - Prepare drawings and models for design reviews, construction, and field execution - Maintain organized project files, templates, and documentation in accordance with internal CAD/BIM standards - Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and external consultants to provide drafting and modeling support - Assist with laser scanning registration from LiDAR and SLAM based scanners Qualifications - 3+ years' experience as a CAD Designer, CAD Drafter, BIM Designer or similar role - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D, Plant 3D Preferred) - Experience working on industrial, mining, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects (preferred) - Ability to work across multiple disciplines, not limited to a single trade Benefits - Part of a mission-driven team reshaping the way critical minerals are sourced and supplied globally - Autonomy to make big decisions - Tools to innovate - Culture that values ownership, smart automation, and collaboration Company Description Mariana Minerals is a software-first, vertically integrated minerals company on a mission to supply the critical minerals powering modern energy, AI, and defense technologies. • Configure new projects in AutoCAD Electrical • Setup project databases, symbol libraries, and drawing templates • Draft single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical one-lines • Configure and draft schematic wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and instrument location plans • Develop and draft cable tray and conduit routing layouts, grounding plans, and instrument index lists • Define requirements for third party electrical equipment models, vendor schematics, and instrument datasheets to integrate into Mariana Minerals hosted AutoCAD Electrical environment • Define requirements for third party EPC companies to complete detailed engineering

Role Description Mariana Minerals is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation efforts for mining and mineral processing projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that support strategic decision-making and project success. • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, supply and procurement agreements, offtake agreements, software agreements, and professional services agreements • Build and maintain scalable contract playbooks, standard form agreements, fallback positions, and negotiation guidelines to enable efficient and consistent contracting across the organization • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve the company’s contract workflows, including streamlining negotiation, tracking, and execution and identifying opportunities to leverage automation • Provide practical and business-oriented advice to cross functional teams on a variety of matters, including IP issues, risk mitigation, contract interpretation • Support the small but growing legal team on ad hoc matters as needed
