• Configure new projects in AutoCAD Electrical • Setup project databases, symbol libraries, and drawing templates • Draft single-line diagrams (SLDs) and electrical one-lines • Configure and draft schematic wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and instrument location plans • Develop and draft cable tray and conduit routing layouts, grounding plans, and instrument index lists • Define requirements for third party electrical equipment models, vendor schematics, and instrument datasheets to integrate into Mariana Minerals hosted AutoCAD Electrical environment • Define requirements for third party EPC companies to complete detailed engineering

Role Description Mariana Minerals is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation efforts for mining and mineral processing projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates that support strategic decision-making and project success. Key Responsibilities - Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for mining, processing, and infrastructure projects - Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates - Utilize RSMeans data and tools to develop accurate and benchmarked cost estimates - Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates - Develop and maintain cost databases, benchmarks, and estimating tools - Identify project risks and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies - Review and validate subcontractor and supplier quotes - Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and project planning sessions - Provide ongoing cost analysis and support throughout the project lifecycle - Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Support the PCM and Software Engineering teams in developing operating systems and tools to automate estimating processes Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in estimating within mining, heavy industrial, or construction environments - Strong knowledge of mining operations, materials, and equipment - Proficiency in RSMeans - Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Availability to travel 20% of the time to site or Mariana Minerals offices Preferred Qualifications - Experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery models - Familiarity with mining projects Key Competencies - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strategic thinking and problem-solving - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong collaboration and leadership skills Benefits - Part of a mission-driven team reshaping the way critical minerals are sourced and supplied globally - Autonomy to make big decisions - Tools to innovate - Culture that values ownership, smart automation, and collaboration Company Description Mariana Minerals is a software-first, vertically integrated minerals company on a mission to supply the critical minerals powering modern energy, AI, and defense technologies. • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, supply and procurement agreements, offtake agreements, software agreements, and professional services agreements • Build and maintain scalable contract playbooks, standard form agreements, fallback positions, and negotiation guidelines to enable efficient and consistent contracting across the organization • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve the company’s contract workflows, including streamlining negotiation, tracking, and execution and identifying opportunities to leverage automation • Provide practical and business-oriented advice to cross functional teams on a variety of matters, including IP issues, risk mitigation, contract interpretation • Support the small but growing legal team on ad hoc matters as needed
