Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster – Non-Attorney

Allstate

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims • Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies • Determines subrogation or fraud potential • Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs • Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle

Job Requirements

  • Experience handling non-attorney bodily injury claims
  • Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims
  • Familiarity with California-specific claims handling practices and regulations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required
  • Proficient in Word and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
