• Collect, review, and organize publicly available legal and financial documents in accordance with defined project guidelines. • Ensure all compiled materials are accurate, complete, clearly structured, and properly sourced. • Follow established documentation standards and quality assurance processes. • Verify that all data is obtained exclusively from public, verifiable sources. • Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and consistently meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work within one of the following Australian jurisdictions:
  • New South Wales
  • Victoria
  • Queensland
  • Western Australia
  • South Australia
  • Australian Capital Territory
  • Tasmania
  • Northern Territory
  • Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document repositories and public record systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured documentation requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
