Job Description

Supply Chain Transition Program Manager

Fortive

• Lead end to end PIPO projects across Capital, Consumables, and Accessories portfolios, ensuring standardized execution and governance • Own and deploy the PIPO process • Drive cross functional alignment across Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Commercial • Develop and maintain PIPO project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies • Maintain and update the Risk Registers from Supply Chain perspective to proactively identify and mitigate supply, regulatory, and execution risks • Actively participate in supplier and internal manufacturing kickoff meetings to ensure aligned and well coordinated implementation and transition plans • Ensure planning teams lead effective inventory transition strategies to reduce scrap, backorders, and service impact • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership • Lead Kaizen sustainment activities, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve the PIPO process and execution model • Ensure successful hand off of completed transitions to sustaining operations and planning teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years experience in supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle project management
  • Proven experience leading cross functional, global projects in regulated or complex manufacturing environments
  • Hands on experience with product transitions, lifecycle management, or change implementation in supply chain or operations roles
