Qualifications - 10+ years of senior leadership experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services organizations. - Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M–$20M+) across multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams. - Deep understanding of insurance operations, data, and digital enablement — ideally in P&C, with openness to all insurance lines. - Strong command of delivery governance, risk management, and financial control. - Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, NetSuite, Jira, and modern delivery toolchains. - Executive presence with the ability to operate comfortably in both boardroom discussions and delivery execution forums. - Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CPCU, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
