Role Description We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals. The role will be responsible for prospecting and closing relationships with managed care organizations, health plans, and other strategic partners/resellers in the health insurance and benefits space. This person will have the opportunity to sell into multiple verticals, including health plans, managed care organizations, employers, and other strategic organizations. The role is perfect for an energetic, empathetic self-starter with 3-5 years selling experience looking for the next lucrative challenge. This role requires outbound prospecting, building relationships through multiple touch-points and channels, and clearly communicating the value of Audicus’ unique teleaudiology solution. It will entail a mix of strategic initiatives to research new opportunities and proactive relationship-building with key stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable with individual sales targets, and wants to play a vital role in the growth of a NYC startup. Responsibilities - Build a book of business from the ground up - Network extensively in the health care benefits space - Prospect health benefits providers and other businesses to establish initial relationships - Own the full lead cycle from prospecting to closing contracts with new partners - Manage your pipeline in our CRM system (Salesforce) - Attend conferences to meet people, learn new verticals, and start B2B conversations - Effectively communicate our unique offering & mission at Audicus Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development and closing accounts - 1-2 years of experience selling into the health care/health insurance/medical devices/benefits industry preferred - Interested in taking on leadership opportunities - Ability to develop relationships with people/businesses - Competitive go-getter who continuously raises standards - Hard-working individual that goes the extra mile to deliver results - Previous early-stage startup experience preferred - Experienced working towards revenue targets & metrics Compensation Comp: $70-85K base + commission Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (Aetna) - 401K - Flexible PTO policy - Commuter Benefits - Additional Wellness Perks - Parental Leave Policy FLSA Status Exempt – This position is not eligible for overtime pay and is expected to fulfill the responsibilities of the role regardless of hours worked.

Role Description We are looking for an Executive Director, Enterprise Sales (Health Systems Partnerships) — a rare hunter who combines deep clinical knowledge, executive presence, and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. What You’ll Do - Own a named account list of leading health systems and IDNs; develop and execute a territory plan to drive net new logo acquisition, and build pipeline through executive outreach, conference presence, referrals, and partnership with Cadence's clinical and marketing teams. - Represent Cadence at key industry events and leverage each touchpoint into active opportunities. - Engage CMOs, CNOs, CFOs, VP/SVP Primary Care leaders, and Medical Directors to build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts; lead discovery to understand each health system's strategic priorities, chronic care gaps, and revenue cycle pressures then tailor Cadence's value story accordingly. - Navigate complex procurement cycles involving clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders; drive consensus across a diverse buying committee. - Lead compelling executive presentations and product demonstrations that connect Cadence's capabilities to each system's specific goals, and articulate Cadence's revenue-generating model clearly and confidently to both clinical and financial stakeholders. - Present customized ROI models demonstrating net new revenue and total cost of care impact; position Cadence's Epic integration as a key differentiator reducing administrative burden and driving physician adoption. - Partner closely with Implementation, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and successful launches; provide market feedback to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap priorities and go-to-market strategy. Qualifications - 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for health system, IDN, or large medical group sales. - Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6-7 figure ACV) with long sales cycles. - Deep familiarity with health system economics: physician compensation models, value-based care contracts, Medicare reimbursement, and revenue cycle. - Experience selling into physician leadership (CMOs, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs) as well as administrative and operational executives. - Strong command of Epic's workflows and how technology integration affects physician adoption. - Background in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, virtual care, or population health preferred. - Existing relationships with decision-makers at leading health systems or IDNs preferred. - Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment; comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset. - Fluency with AI research and productivity tools and the ability to evaluate AI-driven insights critically, distinguishing signal from noise in a fast-moving information environment.
